Smiths at Gretna Green

We booked our Elopement wedding having never been to Gretna or having seen our hotel, it was the best choice we made. We booked a package and from the very beginning speaking with the wedding planners at Smiths, everything was perfect. The hotel is stunning, we paid extra for the penthouse suite which was the height of luxury, but our other guests had the standard rooms which were just as nice. The food from the bar was great, drinks selection was great and our wedding breakfast meal was spot on. The staff were fantastic, even down to the waitress who remembered my husband asking for a specific gin the night before that they had run out of but let him know the next night they had it. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a private dining room for our wedding meal and that was stunning too
