Shashank was incredibly accommodating throughout the whole planning process. Nothing was ever any trouble and he made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. We had 100 guests for a three course meal which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The portion sizes were perfect and he ensured all dietary requirements were carefully considered. From the moment we walked in we were met with such great service, early check in for our special occasion, smooth transitions for the wedding, hot, delicious meals. Everything we asked was catered for. To finish off with a beautiful Scottish breakfast. I look forward to visiting again when I’m over again from Aussie. Thank you to all the Ernespie House team. You arrive at the hotel along a driveway lined with mature trees and on this occasion we were fortunate to see a rabbit and squirrels among the trees. Guests can expect a warm welcome when they arrive and are shown to their room with an offer of help with luggage. We have now stayed in a variety of rooms and each one has everything you need for your stay - comfortable bed, toiletries and a hospitality tray. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
we love to do things that others will not . One of the brides asked us if we were open to doing a wedding meal and the evening celebrations in a tipi on one of our lawns. Logistically this meant that we had to move our kitchen outside to deliver the wedding meal. We loved the challenge and yes we did it. The bride also requested us to serve a 100 steaks to the guests in the tipi !!! Again we rose to the challenge and delivered . Moral of the story we will do what ever we can to make it happen ( within reason !!! )
