My clients and their bridal party had an awesome time preparing for their wedding here; the rooms they had were wide and comfortable and helped them manage their wedding jitters. I highly recommend staying here if you're planning a wedding in Dungaroo! It's near the park and the famous Gundaroo restaurant, so transferring locations is quick and easy...As a wedding photographer, I always look forward to getting-ready moments especially if they're done in locations like The Nest. The Herron Room was the perfect size for myself, my mum and the 3 bridesmaids to get ready. This included space for hair and makeup vendors, a large bathroom, multiple mirrors, hanging space for dresses, shelving to store things out of sight, mid-sized fridge and freezer. The deck was nice and green for photos. We were able to walk the 200m to the wedding venue very easily, with locals shouting congratulations as they drove past...We stayed at the Nest for our wedding at Grazing in Gundaroo. They accommodated us so much and went above and beyond. The only down fall was that we didn't go back to stay their that night! Beautiful place to stay for a getaway and close to everything.
