Inglewood Estate offers exclusive-use weddings in a private Yarra Valley setting, meaning you’ll have the entire property to yourselves for the day. The estate combines multiple ceremony locations, a character-filled Barn reception space, a Cottage for wedding day preparations, and generous food and beverage packages, all managed by an experienced in-house team.

Yes, the ceremony space is fully accessible, and an accessible bathroom is available. Guests with mobility issues may use our buggy for transport to and from the chapel and gardens. Alternatively, guests who are unable to use the buggy can be dropped off near the Chapel Gardens before parking and picked up after the ceremony.

We will set up your wishing well table, along with any BYO table or ceremony decorations, excluding hanging floristry or lights, which must be installed by a professional.
Pre-arranged vases of flowers can also be placed for you.
For more complex setups, an additional staff member may be required at an extra cost, or a friend or family member can assist on your behalf. Please speak with your event coordinator for more details.
Our team will place BYO decorations to the stage for you to pack and remove the next day between 9:30am - 12:00pm.
We love welcoming your dog for the ceremony and couples’ portrait session. We kindly ask that they stay on a lead at all times and are collected or returned home before you make your grand entrance into the reception.
For ceremonies and petal toss moments, which always make for such a beautiful celebration and stunning photos, we welcome the use of fresh or dried flower petals and leaves. To help protect the property and surrounding gardens, other forms of confetti, including biodegradable confetti, are not permitted onsite.
Yes! Your bridal party can gather at Inglewood Cottage on the morning of your wedding. The cottage comfortably accommodates your nearest and dearest, and stylists and vendors are welcome. Enjoy some sparkling and nibbles while you get ready, relax in comfort, and take in the exclusive space before walking down the aisle.

For June weddings in 2027, we’re winding back the clock and offering 2025 pricing, along with a range of additional inclusions.
We offer a dedicated tasting event twice a year in line with our spring/summer and autumn/winter menu releases. These events are exclusive to our booked couples. During this event you are able to taste the canapes, and the main dishes that are available for your wedding and sample our drink packages available.
It’s a great opportunity to experience the quality and style of our food, and many couples find it helpful when finalising their food and beverage selections.
There are plenty of accommodation options located close to Inglewood Estate, including an abundance of Airbnbs throughout the neighbouring suburbs and Yarra Valley region. We also offer exclusive discounts with selected hotels in Doncaster and Ringwood, along with 5% off accommodation at Yarra Valley Lodge for Inglewood couples and guests.
For transport, there is ample onsite parking available and guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight. Uber is also very reliable in the area and can be pre-booked for added peace of mind.
If you’re considering guest transport, smaller buses or minibuses with 33 seats or fewer are best suited to the property, as large coaches cannot be accommodated onsite.
