Join us for a private tour where our experienced wedding coordinators will take you through packages for either seated or cocktail receptions from 50 to 120 people. THE CHAPEL Transported from Bendigo in 1995 our charming stone chapel marries warmth and history to create the perfect atmosphere for your wedding ceremony. Whether holding your ceremony inside the non-denominational chapel or utilising its vine-covered walls as the backdrop for your vows, this beautiful building will add a touch of rustic elegance to your day. After the wedding, your guests will be escorted to The Barn for drinks and canapés while you steal away to capture your first moments as newlyweds in a variety of picturesque settings right here on the property. Our couples and their guests love the convenience of having both the ceremony and reception all in one place allowing more time to connect and celebrate. THE BARN The Barn is a distinctive reception venue with the scope to host either the most intimate of gatherings or large-scale celebrations. Originally a hay shed, the space maintains touches of its rustic past while the updated fittings project a more sophisticated feel. Add to this a range of possible floor plans, working brick fireplace and breathtaking views of the Yarra Valley and you’ve got the perfect canvas for creating your ideal wedding reception. The space is versatile enough to cater for celebrations in all seasons and easily adaptable to reflect your personal style. Is a coordinator included on the day?

Yes! From the moment you book, you’ll have unlimited phone and email support, plus two face-to-face planning meetings to keep everything on track. On your wedding day, a dedicated coordinator will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly so you can enjoy your celebration stress-free.

Is there an opportunity to sample the menu?

We offer a dedicated tasting event twice a year in line with our spring/summer and autumn/winter menu releases. These events are exclusive to our booked couples. During this event you are able to taste the canapes, and the main dishes that are available for your wedding and sample both the standard and premium drink selection.

Is the ceremony space and reception space accessible?

Yes, the ceremony space is fully accessible, and an accessible bathroom is available. Guests with mobility issues may use our buggy for transport to and from the chapel and gardens. Alternatively, guests who are unable to use the buggy can be dropped off near the Chapel Gardens before parking and picked up after the ceremony.

The reception space is fully accessible, and there is also a dedicated accessible bathroom available.

Who will set up and pack down or decorations?

We will set up your wishing well table, along with any BYO table or ceremony decorations, excluding hanging floristry or lights, which must be installed by a professional.

Pre-arranged vases of flowers can also be placed for you.

For more complex setups, an additional staff member may be required at an extra cost, or a friend or family member can assist on your behalf. Please speak with your event coordinator for more details.

Our team will place BYO decorations to the stage for you to pack and remove the next day between 9:30am - 12:00pm.

Is your venue dog friendly?

We love welcoming dogs for the ceremony and couples’ portrait session. We kindly ask that they stay on a lead at all times and are collected or returned home before you make your grand entrance into the reception.

Can I do a petal or confetti toss?

For ceremonies and petal toss moments, we allow fresh or dried flower petals and leaves. Other types of confetti, including biodegradable confetti, are not permitted on the property.

Can I get ready at the venue?

Yes! Your bridal party can gather at Inglewood Cottage on the morning of your wedding. The cottage comfortably accommodates your nearest and dearest, and stylists and vendors are welcome. Enjoy some sparkling and nibbles while you get ready, relax in comfort, and take in the exclusive space before walking down the aisle.
