Six weeks prior to your wedding, your dedicated Event Coordinator will step in to review every detail. We’ll provide a comprehensive wedding day questionnaire and begin liaising directly with your vendors to ensure everything is perfectly planned and nothing is overlooked. With unlimited support from our experienced and passionate team, you can relax knowing you’re in safe hands from first visit to final dance.

What time of the day can my Wedding be held?

Friday-Sunday Weddings ceremony beginning at 4pm, with your reception concluding at 11:30pm and everyone exiting the property by midnight.

Monday-Thursday Weddings ceremony beginning at 3pm, with your reception concluding at 9:30pm and everyone exiting the property by 10pm.

Day weddings ceremony beginning at 10am, with your reception concluding at 5:30pm and everyone exiting the property by 6pm.

Ceremony only beginning at 10am, with everyone exiting the property by 1pm.

Do we have exclusive use of the venue?

Yes! While you are celebrating your love, we can assure you there will be no other events on site.

Are you pet friendly?

YESSS! We absolutely love having your fur babies on site for your special day.

However, we do ask that they leave pre reception, so their fury little ears don’t get sore when the dancefloor starts.

Do I have to DIY my styling?

Not at all! We have an array of styling packages for our couples to choose from – including linen, florals, candles – you name it!

Couples also have the option of bringing in an external stylist of DIYing their styling at no additional fee.

Do you have an Indoor Ceremony area?

Yes! We utilise our beautiful lounge area in the case of inclement weather.

The decision to move inside doesn’t need to be made until 2 hours prior to your ceremony, leaving plenty of time to see what Melbourne decides to do with the weather!

How many people can your Ceremony area seat?

We want ALL of your guests to feel like an important part of the Wedding, so we have a ceremony area that can accommodate up to 100 seats

Do Uber/Taxi come to Warrawong Estate?

Yes! However we highly recommend pre booking them as there may be a wait time. 

Can I organise any vendor I want?

Yes. We allow our couples to organise any vendor they like, however they must have public liability insurance.

Do you allow external catering?

At Warrawong Estate, we don’t have any in house catering, meaning all catering is organised externally by yourself.

This gives you the option to choose if you’d like a traditional 3 course dinner, food trucks or anything in-between! We have a commercial kitchen on site for your caterer to utilise.

We have a list of highly recommended caterers to pass onto our couples should you request this. Warrawong Estate also allow our couples to BYO their drinks. Warrawong Estate will provide bartenders to serve all beverages, helping to keep costs down in all areas.

A self-serve tea & coffee station is also provided by Warrawong Estate.

Is an On-Day Coordinator included?

Of course! We want our couples to enjoy their day and not worry about the small details of their Wedding Day.

We have a professional team of coordinators that will be there for any help or support you may need on your Wedding day.
