For all outdoor ceremony bookings, our Outlook Marquee is reserved as a contingency plan in the event of rain or extreme heat. If your reception is located in the Marquee your ceremony will take place in front of the bridal table and guests will be seated in their arranged seating for reception.
We do not allow external caterers on our premises. Furthermore, in accordance with our liquor license regulations, we cannot permit outside alcohol to be brought onto the premises. Should you have any specific beverage requests, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Russo Estate is not accessible via public transport directly - the closest train station is Diggers Rest. We have a large car-park suitable for all vehicles including buses. You can also reach us easily through rideshare apps.
You will be granted access to the venue from 11:00am on the day of your wedding. Suppliers are also granted access from 11:00am, with pack down to be completed one hour after the conclusion of your event.
We'll be here to offer guidance and support every step of the way. Upon confirming your wedding booking, we'll provide you with our carefully curated list of preferred suppliers.
As an all-in-one venue, your reception must begin within a maximum of 1 hour after your ceremony commences.
Your wedding should reflect your personal touches, but please note that as a working vineyard, only fresh and dried petals are permitted for use. Sparklers are welcome outdoors only. Russo Estate allows dogs on-site for the ceremony, provided they are leashed at all times and kept within designated areas.
