- Sandstone Gazebo: Beautiful outdoor location with a European style sandstone arbour with vines intertwined.
- The Shiraz Vines: Surrounded by decade old vines with a rolling hillside and chapel in the landscape, this brand new ceremony space is one of its kind.
- The Forever Chapel: Romantic chapel with stained glass and classic pews; includes a secluded garden with a pond, picturesque bridge and wisteria-covered walkways.
- The Barrel Room: A stunning indoor option with oak barrel walls and fairy lights, available year-round.
The Reception at Fergusson Winery
Canapés and drinks hosted in our cellar door for the first hour, followed by a reception in the restaurant with incredible vineyard views, the Restaurant is the perfect space filled with natural lighting, high ceilings and in winter, a romantic open fire place. Hosting a micro wedding size and need a more intimate space? Our Barrel Room makes for the perfect space to host a reception of up to 60 guests.
- The Barrel Room: Features minimalistic décor and twinkly fairy lights; capacity: 60 seated guests with a dance floor or 100 guests for a cocktail party
- The Restaurant: Floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the vineyards; includes sliding glass door to the patio for an outdoorsy feeling; capacity: 60 – 170 guests in various seating arrangements.

The venue is stunning, having multiple areas to choose where to have either your ceremony or reception. The food was amazing, we got so much positive feedback. DO YOU OFFER PEAK & OFF PEAK PRICING?
Certainly, our per head pricing has peak & off peak prices, meaning we will always be able to find a date to match your wedding budget. It is worthwhile mentioning we do have a minimum spend requirement depending on your day & month of your wedding.
DO YOU HAVE ANY DÉCOR RESTRICTIONS?
The venue recommends the use of dried flower petals, fresh flower petals, or bubbles. Biodegradable confetti is not permitted. Candles for table decor must be placed inside a vase or candle holder.
DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF RECOMMENDED VENDORS WE CAN USE?
We do! We have worked alongside some of the industries greatest and we always recommend the vendors who work best with the venue. We would love to welcome new vendors in, so you are most welcome to select your own.
DO YOU PROVIDE ON THE DAY COORDINATION?
Our dedicated team of Wedding specialists can help you plan and run much of your wedding ceremony and reception, and provide advice on certain parts as well. Our wedding specialists will work closely with you to perfect your Yarra Valley Wedding.
DO YOU HAVE WET WEATHER CEREMONY OPTION?
Yes we have our Forever Chapel that can sit a maximum of 90 guests (70 seated & standing space for 20).

HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED IN MY WEDDING PACKAGE? HOW EARLY CAN WE ARRIVE, AND HOW LATE CAN WE STAY?
Your reception package is for 6.5 hours which includes your ceremony time. During daylight savings we recommend starting at 4:30pm, concluding at 11pm. Outside of daylight savings, we recommend a 4pm-10:30pm time.
