What wedding packages do you offer?

We offer a range of wedding packages designed to suit different styles and preferences—from relaxed cocktail-style celebrations through to seated dining experiences. Each package can be tailored to your vision, with flexibility around food, beverage, styling, and timing. We’re always happy to walk you through the options and help create something that feels just right for your day.

What is included in your venue hire fee?

Our venue hire includes exclusive use of Palms Pavilion for your wedding, along with access to our ceremony and reception spaces. You’ll also have use of our furniture, basic setup and pack down, and support from our dedicated wedding coordinator to help bring everything together. We’ll guide you through the planning process and assist on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Do you have wet-weather options?

Yes, we do. We always have a wet-weather plan in place to ensure your day can run seamlessly regardless of the conditions. Our indoor space provides a beautiful backup option for both your ceremony and reception, so you can feel confident knowing you’re covered if the weather changes.

How many guests can your venue accommodate?

Palms Pavilion is a versatile space that can comfortably cater to both intimate celebrations and larger weddings. We can host smaller gatherings of a minimum of 60 guests with a relaxed feel, right through to larger guest lists—generally accommodating up to around 140 - 200 guests depending on your chosen format and setup.

Can couples choose their own vendors?

Yes—couples are welcome to choose their own vendors for elements such as styling, florals, photography, and entertainment. We do have a list of trusted suppliers we love working with if you’d like recommendations, but ultimately you’re free to build your dream team. The only exception relates to catering and beverages, which are managed in-house to ensure a consistent experience.

What is the cost of your services?

Our pricing is based on venue hire, along with your chosen food and beverage package. Venue hire varies depending on the season and day of the week, and we offer flexible options for both peak and off-peak weddings (peak weekend venue hire: $7,000, peak mid-week venue hire $4,000, off-peak venue hire $3,500). Catering is priced per person, with a range of menu styles ($165pp - $325pp) available to suit different wedding formats. We provide tailored proposals so you can see a clear, itemised breakdown based on your guest numbers and preferences.

How far in advance should couples book you for their wedding?

We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates, as these can book out quickly. That said, we’re always happy to check availability for shorter timeframes—particularly for midweek or off-peak dates where we may have more flexibility. If you have a specific date in mind, it’s always best to reach out early so we can guide you through your options.

Can you customise your services to suit different wedding styles or budgets?

Absolutely. Every wedding at Palms Pavilion is a little different, and we love working with couples to create something that feels personal to them. Whether you’re planning a relaxed cocktail-style celebration or a more formal sit-down reception, we can tailor your food, beverage, and overall setup to suit your style and budget. We’re here to offer suggestions and flexibility where we can.

What is your booking process for couples planning their wedding?

Once you’ve enquired, we’ll send through a detailed proposal based on your preferred date and guest numbers. From there, we can arrange a call or site visit to walk through everything together and answer any questions. If you’d like to secure your date, we take a signed agreement along with a deposit. After that, we guide you through the planning process step by step, leading into final details and your wedding day.

Do you have onsite accommodation for guests?

Yes—Palms Pavilion is located within Tiona Holiday Park, which offers a range of onsite accommodation options for you and your guests. From camping and cabins through to beachside villas, there’s something to suit different styles and budgets. Having accommodation just a short stroll away makes it easy for everyone to settle in and fully enjoy the celebration without needing to travel, and it also creates a relaxed, extended wedding experience across the weekend.
