Acacia Ridge Winery in the Yarra Valley is a picture-perfect wedding venue ideal for romantic ceremonies, outdoor or indoor. The venue is located on Gulf Road, in Yarra Glen and features a secluded atmosphere for your wedding day.
Ceremony at Acacia Ridge Winery
The scenic landscape around Acacia Ridge Winery creates a magical backdrop for ceremonies completed with in-house decorated arbour, mandap or chuppah. You can choose between three locations for your nuptials:
- The Barn: Rustic setting with distinctive character and an open front for an outdoor-indoor feeling
- The Vines: Outdoor location with brick aisle and vineyards in the background
- The Vine Room: Temperature-controlled room with a high ceiling and large glass panels with great views
Extra-Ordinary Party at Acacia Ridge Winery
The venue features a permanent marquee with an adjoining Vine room for celebrations. The capacity is 200 seated guests or 280 people cocktail-style. The rental fee covers 6 hours of exclusive use of the reception and ceremony venue and a Miner's Hut, a modern bridal suite on-site.
The venue is flexible with timings, meaning you can host a lunch reception or move the 6-hour celebration earlier in the morning. You can pay for extra time, but the party must conclude at 11 p.m.
Acacia Ridge Winery offers complete catering and bar service, service staff and expert support during wedding planning.
An additional two hours for first-look photos can be arranged at a cost.
Food and Beverage Selection at Acacia Ridge Winery
Acacia Ridge Winery bar service starts after the ceremony and covers 5 hours of service. You preselect three cocktails to be served during cocktail hour. The beverage list contains popular cocktails, imported beer, sparkling wine, white and red wines and ciders. Spirits aren’t included in the package, but guests can purchase them at the bar.
The venue caters to different cultural weddings, including non-alcoholic weddings so they can create a tailored beverage package for your occasion.
Menu options are diverse:
- Cocktail package: 6 canapés, 3 substantial items and 1 dessert canapé
- Three-course package (alternate drop or feasting style): canapés, entrée, main, dessert
- Feasting package: canapés, main, dessert
All three options include diverse dishes, from classic mains such as roast chicken and slow roast lamb to gluten-free and vegetarian dishes such as pan-fried house-made gnocchi. A variety of sides and salads is available to accompany every dish.
Optionally, you can add late-night snacks and include vendor and kids’ meals into the package.
