It was the first venue we saw and love at first sight. The venue is beautiful, food is delicious and staff are outstanding. Anna and Catherine went above and beyond to help us plan our wedding for months and they delivered. Our guests only had wonderful things to say about the ceremony and reception.We recently got married at Yarra Ranges Estate and it was the best day of our lives. It was the first venue we saw and love at first sight. The venue is beautiful, food is delicious and staff are outstanding. Anna and Catherine went above and beyond to help us plan our wedding for months and they delivered. Our guests only had wonderful things to say about the ceremony and reception.

Highly recommend to anyone getting married. It’s in the perfect location, the food is next level ( everyone raved about it ) the venue itself is absolutely perfect and everyone that works there are amazing - they really do take care of you so well and ensure your vision comes to life. Venue: Stunning! Love the stairs leading down to the arbor. Amazing backdrop with the windmill, vineyard and reception room. Not to forget the newly constructed barrel room! Food: we opted for ‘family feast dining’, there were a lot of food and guests could not stop Amazing staffs, food and venue! Can I Extend My Event?
Yes, you do have the option to extend your event! Please note that our latest allowable end time is 11:00 PM. Within that timeframe, you’re welcome to increase your reception duration to better suit your celebration plans.
Can We Add Cocktails to Our Wedding?
Yes we have an amazing selection of cocktails that you can add to your wedding package including Aperol Spritz for those hot summer days or espresso martinis to be paired with your dessert!
Can We Try the Wedding Menu?
We offer plenty of opportunities to try our most popular full sized wedding menu options during our lunch service, especially throughout the winter season and on select weekends during the summer. To stay up to date on our upcoming lunch dates, be sure to visit the restaurant page on our website!
Do You Cater for Vegan/ Gluten Free Dietaries?
Yes we do! Our in-house chefs are very skilled at tailoring your wedding to cater for your guests with any dietaries, keeping in mind we do need to know these dietaries in advance so everyone can be well catered for.
Do You Have a Bridal Suite?
Yes! There is an onsite bridal suite which is included for the duration of your wedding reception. This is the perfect space to take 5 minutes to have a breather or change an outfit. It is also great for children or elderly who may need a nap. This space is very versatile.
Do You Have an Allocated Dancefloor Space?
We have a separated dancefloor space just next to the reception room space which is perfect for partying the night away, from 6 piece bands to a DJ, even a photobooth, this is plenty of space for all your festivities!
Do Your Offer Wet Weather Options?
Yes we do! We offer two stunning ceremony locations that are perfect for wet weather including our terrace undercover or upgrade to our expansive barrel room!
How Many Guests Can Your Ceremony Locations Hold?
Our Vineyard Pathway, Barrel Room, Terrace Undercover and Vineyard Lawn can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guest, ensuring everyone who attends the ceremony can stay and enjoy the reception as well
Do You Have Onsite Parking?
There is ample onsite parking, including accessible parking spaces for all your guests to arrive safely & park on premise for the duration of your event!
Is Your Venue Wheelchair Accessible?
Our venue is wheelchair accessible with the car park, venue entrance, wheelchair accessible toilet, and reception room all on one level.
