Many thanks to our planner, Xintong, for her enthusiasm and responsibility, and for the numerous meetings we held. I especially loved the sunroom setting for the ceremony! I highly recommend it to any couple! ✌️✌️🥰🥰We had a wonderful wedding here yesterday for Valentine's Day. The venue, the food, and the desserts were all top-notch. Many thanks to our planner, Xintong, for her enthusiasm and responsibility, and for the numerous meetings we held. I especially loved the sunroom setting for the ceremony! The Event Manager Adi was a dream to work with for the entire process - so organised and absolute sunshine in human form. She kept everything running smoothly leading up to the day, and on the day itself with over 100 guests. The venue is beautiful, with lush gardens and cute alpacas down the bottom of the estate. Our guests loved the wood detailing everywhere, and spoke hugely on the food - we ended up picking largely vegan options for the wedWe had our wedding reception here in December 2025. The place was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning setting and a wonderful atmosphere that made our special day truly magical. The staff were incredibly friendly. The service was outstanding—everyone was so helpful and responsive to our requests, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. The food was excellent, with every dish beautifully presented and full of flavour....We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding. Management and staff are so helpful! Venue is so lovely with little pockets of privacy set amongst gorgeous gardens and they even have a couple of friendly alpacas! The menu is delicious and they have a comprehensive wine and beer list. Lovely ambience and definitely recommend for smaller weddings and gatherings with friends. They have a good sound system as well.Conducted a couple of weddings here recently. Management and staff are so helpful! The setting was beautiful, and we absolutely loved the llamas — our children adored them! The food was fantastic, and all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it. The cake was gorgeous and even more delicious than we imagined. The staff member, Xintong, was so patient and helped us go through every detail. Especially loved that there was a backup option if the weather wasn't ideal (it was for us thankfully!). Adi was very knowledgeable, friendly and active. She explained all the available options, gave great recommendations and actioned everything we requested. She was great with giving us all the right details to help us coordinate with the celebrant/photographer, and even went above and beyond on the day to hOlinda as a venue was perfect. Not only does it have beautiful gardens and rooms, but they were always accommodating and have wheelchair access for guests which really made our day special and stress free! I was impressed by the professional and friendly service of all the staff, especially with regards to Adie, who made sure that we were comfortable and felt like a priority throughout the whole process. At the very start , we found Olinda tea house very easy to work with. We enjoyed our experience working with Adi (wedding coordinator). She replied very promptly to emails and made the whole process leading up to the wedding so smooth. We were particularly grateful when she came in to check on us in our bridal suite and brought us refreshments. We were both exhausted and thoroughly grateful with the gesture.
