This spacious venue can comfortably seat up to 250 guests or have 350 standing, and is just metres from the waterfront. Do you open to the public on the day of our wedding?
No, we close on the day of your wedding to allow us plenty of time to prepare and have everything in order to make your day run perfectly.
Who will set up the packing shed for our reception?
The Packing Shed staff are more then happy to set the venue for your wedding, you just need to supply any decorations required and an explanation of what you would like, and the venue will be set accordingly. We will meet with you the day before or a few days prior so you can give us directions and decorations such as place cards, guest books, table plan, welcome signs, candles, etc.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Unfortunately our liquor licensing laws do not permit us to let you bring in your own drinks. However, if there is something specific you would like to drink on your day we are happy to discuss and organise to have this drink available for you on the day.
What time does the wedding have to finish?
We are licensed until 12am, meaning all guests must be out of the building by this time. We are required by NSW Liquor and Gaming to stop service 30 minutes prior to end of function. This means the bar must finish by 11:30pm at the latest.
Can we organise our own catering?
We have an on-site chef who does all our catering. If there is a special request, we are more than happy to work with you to change the menu to suit your preferences.
