The minimum guest requirement for Tatra Receptions is 50, and the maximum is 270 guests for a seated wedding reception.
Wedding Ceremony & Receptions at Tatra
At Tatra, you can choose between one indoor and two outdoor locations for your ceremony. The receptions are held at the primary building at the estate, designed with panoramic views of the forest and gardens featuring magnolia, hydrangea and rhododendrons.

Tatra Receptions is a family-owned and operated wedding venue with a team with decades of experience in the wedding industry. So, they’ve created a set of comprehensive wedding packages with all the necessary inclusions for the most magical wedding.
In addition to providing reception space, Tatra offers 28 rooms for guest accommodation and plenty of onsite parking.

Can we get ready at Tatra?
Yes, many of our couples get ready at Tatra from 9am. Our bridal changeroom is perfect for your glam squad.
Can we try the menu before our wedding?
Yes, we host several food tasting events each year at Tatra so that all of our couples can sample our food and wine. This is a great night out and we love seeing all of our couples in the leadup to their weddings.
Can we spend our entire wedding day at Tatra?
Yes, we have intentionally designed Tatra as a magnificent wedding destination with everything that you need in one location.
You can:

There are many tourist attractions in the Dandenong Ranges and many of our wedding guests choose to spend the weekend in the hills.
Can we have an external caterer?
Yes, we do permit external caterers on request. We work with a number of caterers from different cultural backgrounds regularly. If you are considering having an external caterer recommend you book a viewing with our team so that we can understand your wedding in more detail & tailor a package for you.
Is there parking for all of our guests?
Yes, we have plenty of parking for your guests both in our main carpark, chapel carpark & in our accommodation complext.
Do you have accommodation onsite?
Yes, we have 28 rooms in different configurations available exclusively to guests who are attending weddings at Tatra. Guests can book online via our website. We recommend that guests attending weddings at Tatra book accommodation as soon as possible as they are available on a first come first served basis.
