What are the Earliest and Latest Ceremony & Reception Start Times?

Can We Bring Our Own Alcohol?
No. BYO alcohol is not permitted at The Club. All beverage service is managed in-house and subject to licensing and club regulations. Beverage selections are subject to change
Is Smoking and Vaping Allowed On-Site?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the Clubhouse, Function Room, Atrium, and Ceremony Green. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for guests who wish to smoke
Can We Sample the Wedding Menu?
Yes, we host multiple menu and wine tasting events throughout the year for booked wedding couples.
Please note: Tastings are offered at an additional charge Menu tastings are not available prior to confirming your booking
Is there parking?
Oceanview18 offers ample complimentary parking, including designated accessible spaces near the venue entrance for guests with mobility needs
Are we allowed pets?
Yes, you are welcome to have pets as part of your ceremony in the outdoor ceremony space. However, pets are not permitted inside the venue itself and will need to leave the premises following the ceremony.
Is Your Venue Wheelchair Accessible?
Yes. Both the reception and ceremony areas are fully wheelchair accessible, and we provide a dedicated accessible bathroom for guest use
What Does the Booking Fee Include?
Private use of the Function Room, events team to help plan and coordinate all aspects of your wedding day, tables with fresh white linen and chairs, table settings including cutlery, glassware, crockery and white linen napkins, ceiling decor, cordless microphone, lectern and internal sound system, table menus and seating chart, table numbers and placement of name cards and wedding favours.
