I think what’s important to say, is when it comes to planning a wedding and working with a venue, everything that comes before the big day is just as important. Working with Sonia and Grace to plan our big day was seamless. Nothing was too much, never too many questions. It was such a pleasure to work with them. We cannot thank them enough. The walled garden will forever have a place in our hearts and we cannot wait to return. We got married at The Walled Garden in May 2024, the day itself was absolutely perfect, we had a dream day. They listened to our ideas and got to know us. No request was too big or too small. We felt like they really cared about us having a great day. A true Lincolnshire gem, stunning walled garden, with ample parking and gorgeous scenery. A large pond area gives impressive reflections with a quaint wooden bridge to walk across at one end. Many different scenes, including some beach huts with sand, and a quirky snack shack give the place so much character. Along with our pot of tea there was a selection of delicious sandwiches with crisps, quiche and sausage roll. A very tasty fruit scone with butter, jam and clotted cream, if that wasn’t enough, there were also two lovely little glasses of creamy mousse with fresh fruit. Not forgetting to mention the delectable assortment of cakes Everything appeared to be home made...Didn’t quite know what to expect when we first arrived, but, WOW! we were very impressed with the afternoon tea.
