Our barn is your blank canvas to create the wedding of your dreams, accommodating up to 120 guests on round or rectangle trestle tables, plus top table, with option for additional evening guests to join you to dance the night away.
The gardens and the surrounding fields are the perfect location for those dreamy photos.
The farm also boasts the most beautiful lake, the ideal sunset spot! Or even additional space for drinks and outdoor games in the summer.
We have a civil ceremony license for weddings catering for up to 120 guests. Alternatively, Wilsford Church is right around the corner and can be accessed along a path linking the church and venue.
You have the choice to say "I do" either under our beautiful marquee or our brand new Chapel (2026 weddings!) which boasts a magnificent ceremony room, echoing the style of our beautiful barns.
Our accommodation is accessed directly from the courtyard, catering for 22 people across 5 luxury self-catering barns. Guests staying over have full access to the heated pool hot tub and gardens. We have additional accommodation comprising of 2 luxury shepherds huts and a 2 bedroom stone cottage in the village.

All packages include exclusive use of the barn, the gardens and the nook (a secluded area to get ready or to spend time with your partner after your marriage).
Our weekend package for 2024 is £12,000 which includes a two night stay for 22 people in our five luxuriously renovated, self catering barns.
Our midweek packages range from £7000-£8000 and includes accommodation for 3-12 people.
We also provide a Saturday only wedding with accommodation for 12 people, this option is £9000.
Guests have access to our heated swimming pool.
We also have additional accommodation available, including two romantic shepherds hut and a two bedroom stone cottage in Wilsford. (Less than a 5 minute walk).

From the moment we looked around, we knew it was the one for us. On the Friday, we were able to set up the venue, and then had the rest of the day to relax with our families around the beautiful pool. The wedding day itself was perfect - the most amazing locations for photos! The staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is just as it should be. We’d 100% recommend this venue! We wasn't just a number to regan and her team, we really mattered, our families mattered and you could see the love and passion they put into hambeck. Amy, Regan and Ange were amazing when we were setting up the venue on the Friday. We had DIYed the table and dad had been cutting down branches for the top table. All 3 of them got stuck in helping set up and giving us hints at how to make it better. They sent us out the room so they could tidy up, when we walked back in the room after their finishing touches it was magical and so special even more special that Ange made us our welcome cocktails to celebrate On the day, the whole team was so supportive and made the day so magical. After a delay at the church and a extra guest turning up that we weren't expecting, the best man did a panic phone call and they sorted everything out so no one would have known any difference We have had so many positive comments from our guests of how lovely the day was and the staff at Hanbeck. There are no words for again how thorough she is throughout the process with many teams meetings to run through everything, to knowing when the sun will be setting for photo opportunities and even ensuring we had Prosecco in our barn the night of our wedding for a little after party with our bridal party. What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Be you! Throw away any wedding books and have the wedding that you dream of. Don't be influenced by outsiders (including family and friends). If there is something you would love to incorporate, do it! Your wedding day is about the both of you.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Our favourite has to be when the couple have put so much effort into the smaller details. The favours, the printed napkins, handmade decorations that take time and effort really create a special wedding.

Without disclosing too much information, we were very happy to welcome international and England rugby players to Hanbeck Farm for an extended weekend wedding.

What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our stone courtyard surrounded by the renovated barns and wedding function room is a unique social area. Everything is so close. You can go and change your shoes and still be a part of the wedding celebrations.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We are very proud of the hard work that has gone into conserving the redundant and derelict farm buildings. Repurposing them has allowed them to stand for another 200 years at least, so many generations and guests can enjoy their charm.
