At Hanbeck Farm, everything is centred around you. We offer complete exclusivity and guarantee no back-to-back weddings.
Creating a magical and stress-free experience is at the heart of everything we do. Our complimentary Wedding Coordination team will work alongside you to help create the wedding of your dreams, providing on-the-day coordination to ensure your celebration runs seamlessly.
Held within the same family for over 100 years, Hanbeck Farm has been lovingly cared for across generations. The estate is tucked away in the heart of Lincolnshire and features beautifully restored Georgian stone buildings, set within extensive private gardens, rolling farmland, and a tranquil lake.
Our luxury accommodation encircles the restored courtyard and is complemented by a licensed marquee for outdoor weddings and a Wedding Chapel for indoor weddings (new for 2026!). Together, they create an idyllic rural setting for celebrating your special day.
Capacity
Hanbeck Farm can accommodate up to 110 day guests and up to 140 evening guests.
Facilities
Facilities include a private heated swimming pool and hot tub, romantic country gardens, stunning photo opportunities, and a dedicated bridal preparation space, The Bridal Nook, for you and your bridal party to get ready on the morning of your wedding.
The farm boasts an abundance of outdoor space, including expansive gardens and farmland that are accessible to you and your guests.
Our beautifully converted function room features bi-fold doors that open onto the sun-trapped courtyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. With the fully stocked and staffed bar located in the same room as the dining and dancing, the celebration remains seamless and uninterrupted.
Ceremonies
Hanbeck Farm is licensed for civil ceremonies, allowing couples to host their ceremony on-site, either in The Chapel or outdoors, under The Marquee. We are delighted to be introducing our brand-new Wedding Chapel for 2026 weddings!
For those dreaming of a traditional church ceremony, St Mary’s Church is just a short walk away through our historic 170-year-old orchard.
Accommodation
We offer an abundance of on-site accommodation for up to 30 guests. This includes 22 guests within the courtyard, across five beautifully converted barns, featuring open-plan living and dining areas, modern freestanding baths, en-suite bathrooms, and super king-size beds in every room.
In addition, we offer two luxury shepherd huts sleeping four guests, along with a charming two-bedroom cottage located in the village.
You may choose to book as much or as little accommodation as you need. There is no requirement to book all rooms.

At Hanbeck Farm, our experienced Wedding Coordination team will assist and guide you through your wedding planning journey and ensures flawless coordination on the day itself. Our wedding packages include chairs and tables, a courtyard marquee, wedding chapel (2026) and a PA system for both indoor and outdoor use. Couples receive a comprehensive list of our recommended suppliers, ranging from caterers and photographers to florists, stylists, and hair and makeup artists.

All packages include exclusive use of the venue, the gardens and the Bridal Nook (a secluded area to get ready or to spend time with your partner after your marriage).
The Chapel is our new, purpose building ceremony building which will be open for weddings in 2026!
You now have the option to choose where you say "I do". Will it be in The Chapel, or outdoors under the marquee?
Our Weekend package for 2027 is £12,600 which includes a two night stay for 22 people in our five luxuriously renovated, self catering barns.
The Saturday 2027 package is £8,400 including a one nights stay for two people.
Our Midweek weddings start at £7,000 and include a one nights stay for two people.
Which ever package you choose, you will ALWAYS have access the day before your wedding to set up.
As for set down, you won't even need to worry about it. The Hanbeck Farm Team will tidy and clean up the night of the wedding, popping your decorations to one side so that all you need to do is collect the next day.
Guests have access to our heated swimming pool and hot tub.
We also have additional accommodation available, including two romantic shepherds hut and a two bedroom stone cottage in Wilsford. (Less than a 5 minute walk).

The wedding day itself was perfect - the most amazing locations for photos! The staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is just as it should be. We’d 100% recommend this venue! All 3 of them got stuck in helping set up and giving us hints at how to make it better. They sent us out the room so they could tidy up, when we walked back in the room after their finishing touches it was magical and so special even more special that Ange made us our welcome cocktails to celebrate On the day, the whole team was so supportive and made the day so magical. After a delay at the church and a extra guest turning up that we weren't expecting, the best man did a panic phone call and they sorted everything out so no one would have known any difference We have had so many positive comments from our guests of how lovely the day was and the staff at Hanbeck. What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Be you! Throw away any wedding books and have the wedding that you dream of. Don't be influenced by outsiders (including family and friends). If there is something you would love to incorporate, do it! Your wedding day is about the both of you.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Our favourite has to be when the couple have put so much effort into the smaller details. The favours, the printed napkins, handmade decorations that take time and effort really create a special wedding.

What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our stone courtyard surrounded by the renovated barns and wedding function room is a unique social area. Everything is so close. You can go and change your shoes and still be a part of the wedding celebrations.
We are super excited to introduce our newest addition - The Chapel! Opening in 2026. Keep an eye on our social media for updates.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We are very proud of the hard work that has gone into conserving the redundant and derelict farm buildings. Repurposing them has allowed them to stand for another 200 years at least, so many generations and guests can enjoy their charm.
