The Willows at the Woodmans

Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and more thanks to the wonderful team at The Willows at The Woodmans. We wanted a venue with a rustic feel, and we fell in love with The Willows instantly on the first visit. We can't thank the team enough for all of their help throughout the planning process. They were always so responsive and accommodating with those personal touches to make the day perfect for us and our guests. The team also provided useful top tips and recommendations for suppliers, which helped us to finalise our bookings. On the day, the team couldn't have done more, and they really went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we hoped for. The food was the talk of the guests, with everyone being so impressed with the quality of the wedding breakfast. The venue offers beautiful photo opportunities both inside and around the grounds. We can't wait to see all of our photos and our wedding videos to relive our magical day and take this time to thank the team again for everything they did to bring it to life. Mr and Mrs Timbey x

Me and my husband had our wedding at The Willows on 24th August 2024. It was perfect from booking our wedding to our big day! Kirsty our wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing, she made sure every little detail was perfect and exactly how we wanted it! As did also the whole team at The Willows. The team went above and beyond with everything which made our day magical. We’re so happy we picked The Willows as our wedding venue and we see why they get so many awards, hands down the best venue ever. The food was better than expected, we got so many compliments from our guests regarding the food and venue.

Where do we start! The rooms all looked phenomenal, colourful and beautifully presented. It was an exceptional service and team were very good at keeping the bride calm and coping with her tears before she went down the aisle. The service was absolutely faultless and very special to us all. Thank you for ensuring that the day ran smoothly and very effectively, it really was a pleasure to have. The team really embraced our madness and were always willing to help. Overall, WOW! Rainbows, unicorns, dinosaurs, games, glow sticks and fantastic fun had by everyone. All of the guests said what an amazing venue the Willows is and how very special everything was. We are thrilled with everything and we really wanted to express our gratitude.

We are so glad we chose this venue. Out of the 5 we visited, this was the only one where we walked into the ceremony room and had that wow moment. The entire venue is decorated beautifully (meaning you don't need to spend as much on flowers/decorations!), the staff are fantastic and the food is delicious. So many of our guests were commenting on the quality of the food on the day. We would like to thank the Willow's wedding planners for everything. It was lovely getting to know them and they made the whole experience so straightforward, even coming to the rescue when the strap on my wedding dress snapped! We all had the most perfect day from start to finish. I couldn't recommend this venue enough!

We can’t thank the Woodmans enough for their service, organisation and support as we planned our big day here. The staff are SO friendly and kind and could not do enough for us! As expected, the food was absolutely amazing and the menu choices are great, lots to choose from and all equally as nice! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and we were over the moon that our dog could join us for photos on the day too. Thank you to Fiona, Kayleigh and Kirsty and the staff who worked our wedding - you’re all amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The day from start to end was seamless, beautiful and ran very professionally. No question or job was ever a bother and I would receive email replies usually within half an hour , even at 11pm! The location is ideal because although you feel like you're in the middle of the countryside you can still order an Uber within 10 minutes. The food was outstanding , being able to offer our guests the choice of 3 meals was amazing but also the quality of the food was exceptional. This also includes the hot roast sandwiches on the evening. Whenever we think of any element of our wedding day we are filled with pure joy and we have the team at the willows to thank for that ❤️
