Our wedding packages offer couples the opportunity to say 'I do' in The Garden Room, our stunning indoor tropical garden. With exclusive use for the whole day, you'll say your vows in front of our indoor waterfall before relaxing with guests in the lounge and covered terrace. Our team will transform the space from ceremony to celebration where an expertly crafted seasonal menu will be served along with exceptional quality wines sourced by local suppliers. After dinner your evening guests can join you to dance the night away! Packages start at £127pp for midweek, September-November dates, whilst £319pp represents our highest tier 'luxury' package on a Saturday in August. For reception-only or cultural celebrations, where your ceremony has taken place offsite, our Venue Hire only packages might be most suitable. The Garden Room is our premium, showstopping venue, which is available from £7,000 for celebrations up to 120. The Biscuit Room is our largest and most versatile space, which is available from £5,000 for celebrations up to 300. Venue hire is dependent on day of the week, seasonality and the space needed. Louise and her team at the biscuit factory, garden room couldn’t be any better. They made sure everything was perfect for our dream day in a dreamy venue. The room speaks for itself, with every photo having the most gorgeous backdrop. The food was to die for and everything flowed just like we wanted. This place is a hidden gem but the people running it make it something truly special ❤️ thank you for everythingLouise and her team at the biscuit factory, garden room couldn’t be any better. Henry and I had our wedding in the garden room in June of this year. Yasmine, our wedding coordinator was so helpful right from the start. She had so many wonderful ideas and helped guide us through the process. The organising was a delight and made the build up to the day even more exciting. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. All of my guests were floored by how well kept the room was and how bright and beautiful it looked. The day itself flowed perfectly, we had no issues at all with anything and Yasmine was there throughout the day to make sure everything went smoothly. While Henry and I were definitely on the more relaxed side about the whole wedding, it was a perfect fit for us and we could not have asked for a better day. Massive thank you to Yasmine and the rest of the team at the biscuit factory for given us and our family and friends one of the best days of our lives 🥰Henry and I had our wedding in the garden room in June of this year. The BEST venue and the best teamThe BEST venue and the best team
Jonny and the team at the Biscuit Factory made our day absolutely everything we could have ever hoped for. The venue looked incredible, the food tasted delicious and the whole day went off without a hitch. Throughout the process from showing us around the venue to sending us off on honeymoon, we felt in the safest hands possible. The attention to detail, the swiftness of replies to emails and the care we were shown were incredible. What a team and what a venue! (Our florist said this was the best team at a venue she had ever liaised with).Jonny and the team at the Biscuit Factory made our day absolutely everything we could have ever hoped for. The venue looked incredible, the food tasted delicious and the whole day went off without a hitch. Throughout the process from showing us around the venue to sending us off on honeymoon, we felt in the safest hands possible. We hardly have the words to describe how fabulous our wedding at The Garden Room was, we really do wish we could do it all over again! From the minute we met Louise, from Weddings and Events, at this STUNNING venue, we knew this was the place where we wanted to get married. It is simply beautiful. We also felt straight away when meeting Louise, that we were in very safe hands. We wanted our day to be full of fun and laughter and for everyone to just relax, have fun and enjoy the day. Louise totally understood that, and ensured that on the day, everything we'd hoped for went to plan perfectly. Our wedding was a blast! We had about a a year from first booking the venue to our wedding, and we kept in touch with Louise throughout that time. She was always more than happy to chat on the phone or to facilitate meetings, and we always knew she 'got it'. We simply could not have hoped for anyone better to look after us on the run up, and on the day itself. The whole team were brilliant, including Dave and Nathan and all the team who looked after us so well on the day. We honestly can't recommend The Garden Room, and the team behind it highly enough. If you are looking for a venue that's a bit different, has the WOW factor, and has a team looking after you that just can't be bettered, then choose The Garden Room. I can’t say enough about how amazing this venue is! We were looked after by Yasmine who made us feel instantly at ease at our first show round and nothing was ever too much trouble for. All our guests and especially the bridesmaids were commenting on how lush she is, and she genuinely felt like one of the girlies. The venue itself is unbeatably stun and the staff were all amazing and such good vibes, everything went off without a hitch and we couldn’t have been happier!I can’t say enough about how amazing this venue is! We had an amazing day in March 2025, using the Gallery for the ceremony and Garden Room for the reception. We had originally booked Artisan for the reception, but after renovations in the cafe made that space unavailable last minute, we were offered a free upgrade to the Garden Room. Throughout the process our event coordinator Jonny was great to work with, easy to communicate with and was so reassuring and helpful - particularly with the room change as he met with us to walk us through the new plan. The venue staff overall were really flexible and worked well with third parties / suppliers, they really made our lives easier. The planning process was really clear and for every question we had there was a straightforward answer - everything was just easier than anticipated. The venue was so beautiful on the day - both the Gallery and Garden Room, and our guests absolutely loved it as much as we did. It was a great space for our photographer to get creative with photos which was really nice. One minor thing with the Gallery ceremony was the drinks were served right at the back slightly hidden by some of the art and we had to go and tell the guests to go get them - which wasn’t really a problem but we could’ve given instructions to the wedding party to make that easier. We had around 50 guests for the reception in The Garden Room and we were a bit worried the room would feel under capacity, but Jonny worked with us to make a table plan that fit our guest numbers and it felt perfect on the night. Somehow grand and intimate at the same time. The food was delicious, impeccable standard - it was part of why we picked the venue and it didn’t let us down. We had a lot of compliments from guests, including those that had gone for veggie/vegan options. The venue sound system was great - our band sounded amazing and the staff helped us switch over to a Spotify playlist after. A member of the events coordination team stayed right till the end of the night and helped us wrap everything up, including several items that we kept at the venue and food items we’d packaged to take away. We were then able to come back to the venue to pick everything up a couple of days after. Overall it was the best party of our lives and we have a lot of happy memories of the day - we were told by several guests it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. The Garden room is a beautiful venue and the staff made it look extra special, helping with the layout and decoration. Food was wonderful - we had afternoon tea for the wedding breakfast and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all. In the evening we had hand-made pizza's from their on-site pizza oven which were also brilliant. The staff could not do enough with superb support in preparation and fantastic service throughout the day. Special mention to Louise and Dave who were absolute wonders. No understatement to say every guest commented on how beautiful the venue was and what a fantastic time they had - thank you so much to their entire team! Wedding planning can be extremely overwhelming but our dedicated wedding planner is on hand throughout our couples wedding planning journey - use them to answer any queries or ask advice from, and help put your mind at rest!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

We always encourage our couples to have add personal touches to their wedding day to reflect them as a couple and to get friends and family involved wherever they can. A couple of recent favourites have been; freshly picked flowers from a friends allotment for favours, a traditional Danish cake to represent a Bride's Danish roots and personalised favours commissioned from a local artist found in our art gallery.

The best photo spot has to be in front of our indoor waterfall; framed by tropical plants with the hint of a golden chandelier above. It's a favourite of photographers and couples alike.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Our in-house pizza oven means that fresh, traditional-style italian pizzas are usually flowing for late-night refuelling. But our grazing tables also go down a storm!

What is your venue's most unique feature?

The most unique feature of our venue is the transportation from the urban surroundings of our location to the mediterranean-esque vibe of The Garden Room inside. The light, the plants, the waterfall; it feels like you've landed in an Italian garden witout stepping foot on a plane.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

Firstly - the relaxed and reassuring influence our planners bring to the process of arranging each and every wedding; something that comes up again and again with happy couples! Secondly - the food created for each celebration always receives the highest praises from couples and their guests; it's such an important part of any event - we're so glad that the effort pays off!
