We would just like to thank each and every one of you and all the staff included for making our day perfect. It couldn’t of went any better. I booked a room here for my son and his bride on their wedding night as they were married very nearby in the city. To say the staff pulled out the stops would be an understatement. Fantastic rate included full use of hotel facilities the following day. During this pandemic we are still unsure to this day that our wedding in August will go ahead. The crowne plaza have been amazing at ensuring us that whatever happens we will get our wedding perfect whenever it may be. The Crowne Plaza Stephenson Quarter hosted my wedding on 3 June 2017 and the team were amazing from start to finish the service and care and attention was fabulous. Food was excellent and reasonable price.
