I booked a room here for my son and his bride on their wedding night as they were married very nearby in the city. To say the staff pulled out the stops would be an understatement. Fantastic rate included full use of hotel facilities the following day. It's easy to have a flashy building, posh food and a celebrity chef but service of this standard is what it's all about on this my son's big day.

Made sure we got our wedding perfect

During this pandemic we are still unsure to this day that our wedding in August will go ahead. The crowne plaza have been amazing at ensuring us that whatever happens we will get our wedding perfect whenever it may be. They have took on board all of our dietary needs, changed the menu and kept our little ones happy

The Crowne Plaza Stephenson Quarter hosted my wedding on 3 June 2017 and the team were amazing from start to finish the service and care and attention was fabulous. Food was excellent and reasonable price. Only downside was service was a bit slow but worth the wait.

No reduction in quality and high standards

The wedding meal and evening reception were well staffed with access to own bar and toilets close by. Food again was excellent. Would highly recommend this venue for any reason. I had previously visited for a works event 2 years ago and had a great experience then too. No reduction in quality and high standards.

Attended a wedding here last month and the venue was an ideal location for it. Very nice room for the service, great staff throughout the day and evening, amazing vegan food and great rooms for a very reasonable rate. Good location with city centre bars and restaurants just minutes walk from the hotel, the train station literally across the road and the quayside area just 5 mins stroll away.

Gorgeous Function Room

I attended for a wedding in December. Gorgeous function room, wonderful bar & a lot of praise for very friendly knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend to people. The hotel is stunning, & well worth the great feedback.
