With exposed brick, high ceilings, it truly is a sight to behold. The Stables are fully self-contained with a traditional foyer to meet & greet guests, a mezzanine gentlemen’s club style bar overlooking the party, bathroom facilities and a wooden dance space for you and your new spouse to take to the floor for your memorable first dance. For a smaller, intimate day, The Tack & Forge situated in The Coach House is an L shaped room neutrally designed for your personal tastes. Completely self-contained and opening out on to our Courtyard, The Tack and Forge is the perfect venue for a wedding full of elegance and charm, with its natural daylight and flexible space. The Tack & Forge comes with access to the Courtyard and can accommodate up to 40 guests (depending on set up). On the dining front, you are in safe hands. Our dedication kitchen team are proud of the food they serve, earning them the coveted AA Dinner Award. We can work with you, from our options, to create a stunning feast for you and all your guests. We stayed here the night of our wedding in the penthouse suite. It was wonderful, the room was amazing and we can't wait to visit again! We had the best stay with our family in The White Horse Romsey My beautiful daughter-in-law hired out the wedding room for her reception, it was the most delightful day in every way. All the team we encountered at the wedding breakfast were really friendly and super-helpful, both at the wedding and throughout the day especially Will who looked after us all. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite which was full of character, enormous bedroom, walk in wardrobe with safe and a really amazing spacious We had the best stay with our family in The White Horse Romsey My beautiful daughter-in-law hired out the wedding room for her reception, it was the most delightful day in every way. All the team we encountered at the wedding breakfast were really friendly and super-helpful, both at the wedding and throughout the day especially Will who looked after us all. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite which was full of character, enormous bedroom, walk in wardrobe with safe and a really amazing spacious

Best food they have ever had at a weddingBest food they have ever had at a wedding
This was third time lucky for us, having had our wedding cancelled twice at another venue who were not at all helpful. The White Horse and their team were the opposite, nothing was too much trouble for them. I can honestly say that the team, Greg, Susana Poppy, and the rest of the staff made our day amazing. Guests from our wedding have said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding; the hotel was beautiful and perfect for our wedding. We cannot recommend the White Horse Hotel enough This was third time lucky for us, having had our wedding cancelled twice at another venue who were not at all helpful. Warm and welcoming with attention paid to detail. Tables are wiped immediately and requests responded to swiftly. It’s a coaching inn so it's all about comfort and refreshment with excellent food and cosy lounges, as well as a lively courtyard in which to relax over the morning newspapers. Wow. Where to start? We had our wedding reception here on Saturday 13th May 2023 and it was incredible. I’ve personally dreamt of holding my wedding reception here ever since I can remember! We hired the stables, which were exquisite. The staff were absolutely amazing and so supportive all the way through, even when we had to postpone a year! Nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful and kind. The day was completely stress free for my now husband and I and all our guests commented oWow. Where to start? On the 17th of june 2023 myself and my husband got married in southampton then had our wedding breakfast, reception, bed and breakfast at the white horse. Wow, they exceeded all our expectations. Fantastic venue that we highly recommend. Amazing value for money! The team were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We are still receiving comments from ours guests on how amazing the food and venue was. We were treated like royalty!
