From the moment we stepped into the barn, we knew we had found the perfect venue for our wedding. Every single staff member has been lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. We both felt listened to and the team came up with the perfect day for us. Every time we popped in, we were really welcomed. We felt totally confident in the team’s ability to give us the perfect day. The day itself was a dream and could not have been more perfect for us. We had so many compliments from our guests about the staff team, the venue and as for the food, it was superb! We cannot recommend Kimbridge Barn enough if you want the perfect day.

We cannot recommend Kimbridge Barn highly enough, it was truly perfect in every way! From the very beginning, communication was outstanding, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless. Every single detail was handled with care, and the whole team was simply amazing. The venue itself was ideal for our guests, offering something for everyone. The comfortable seating indoors provided a great space for those who wanted to relax, while the outdoor fire pits created a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests who preferred to sit outside. It was the perfect balance and allowed everyone to enjoy the day in their own way. The recommended suppliers were fantastic, ensuring every aspect of the event came together seamlessly. A special mention must go to Paul, who coordinated everything on the day. His reassuring presence and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude made all the difference. Knowing we had someone as capable and attentive as him looking after things allowed us to enjoy every moment without a worry. Our guests were full of praise for the venue. The food was absolutely perfect, catering effortlessly to those with allergens and dietary requirements. Many guests commented that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had, which is high praise indeed! If you're looking for a wedding venue that combines incredible service, a stunning setting, and meticulous attention to detail, this is the place to choose. It gave us and our guests a day to remember forever!

The team on the day did an amazing job with following the wedding plan and setting it up perfectly. The food had no faults on taste and presentation and we had lots of happy guests! The venue itself is beautiful but the team makes it that much more special. Big thank you to Grainne who we met for the in-person meetings. She was very helpful with the wedding planning - she and the team kept good communication via email and made the whole process less stressful!

Kimbridge barn from day one were nothing less than perfect, from our first meeting with Helen being made to feel like the number one priority for the venue. kimbridge were flexible of times to view the potential wedding location and worked with my partner with awkward working times! I managed to view on a cold wintery evening, the barn and boot room were empty and the atmosphere perfect for a big decision..the complimentary glass of Prosecco really set the scene and mood and Helen explained the process clearly. We had a few meetings leading up to the wedding with the planning team and they were exceptional, making sure to clearly set out what can and maybe could not be done(very little I may add) .. when it came to the day itself Kimbridge handled the event fantasticly.. working with my family members to ensure the day went without a hitch. I honestly am so grateful for this wedding team and their beautiful location and venue. Highly highly recommended.

The team at Kimbridge Barn were amazing all the way through our wedding planning and on the day. Cassie and Grainne were so helpful, walking us through the day and making sure we were not stressed about all the tiny details. They were also very responsive by email, and nothing was too much trouble to organise. On the day, Fliss made sure everything ran perfectly and on time, and allowed for last minute changes as needed! We couldn't have asked for a better team to make our wedding the perfect day.

The staff were phenomenal—from helping us with setup in the morning to making sure the day was absolutely perfect and then tidying up all the odds and ends afterwards. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel cared for checking in with us throughout to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. The food was nothing short of spectacular! Our guests keep raving about how delicious it was. Every dish was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and served seamlessly by their amazing team. Myself and my husband got married at Kimbridge barn in November and WOW! The day was absolutely magical, regardless of the stunning venue the whole team were exceptional. They went out of their way right from the very start of the process and no request was too big. They worked tirelessly through the day to ensure it ran smoothly and made sure the day was perfect for us and our guests. The venue itself is stunning, we regularly visit for coffees all year round and no matter the time of year it always look beautiful. I would choose this venue over and over and over again and if this is one you are considering make it a priority to view! Thank you again to the whole team for making our day.

This was the perfect place for our wedding. We wanted a countryside/barn wedding and this set right by the river Test was perfect. From beginning to end, the staff were excellent. They took a lot of the stress out of planning the day, helped to keep us on track (we had less than 6 months to plan the wedding) and gave lots of helpful advice along the way. On the day they were very professional in coordinating all of the events and made sure we were looked after. The venue was stunning and set up exactly as we had wanted/imagined. Drinks appeared for us immediately after the ceremony - and my G&T never seemed to empty! A plates of canapes was set aside for us to ensure we didn't miss out while we were getting our photos. When there was a near disaster with a red wine spillage - the staff appeared in seconds to clean up and deal with any potential stains. There was even some assistance provided with bustling my dress in the evening ahead of the first dance. The barn itself is a lovely space for the ceremony and wedding breakfast and disco/first dance. The food was yummy - everyone really enjoyed the fire pit menu. All dietaries were catered for (vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten free, pescatarian etc). We loved using the boot room as a place to sit and chat or play Jenga/Connect 4. Everyone had lots of fun at the casino tables that were set up in there. It was so lovely in the evening to sit outside in the courtyard with drinks by the fire pits. The day just disappeared so quickly. We had such a memorable day that we will never forget. I cant thank the staff enough for helping to make this happen.
