A picture-book exterior with looks to charm beckons you inside, where you wander beneath oak beams recycled from ancient ships. Licensed for Indoor and Outdoor Ceremonies The house and grounds are exclusively yours for 24 hours, with perfect settings for your wedding ceremony and reception. Inside, the Music Room is a showpiece space for both, hosting up to 123 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast (prepared with panache by our expert banqueting chefs) and up to 200 guests for the evening reception. Outside, you can marry on the Meadow Lawn with views of the Surrey Hills, beneath a gazebo beautifully dressed for the occasion. Expect bottomless Prosecco and Pimm’s here, too, on warm summer afternoons. Onsite Accommodation Later, the beautiful Cain Suite awaits to rest your head, together with 10 luxurious bedrooms for your nearest and dearest. With 25 years’ experience in planning and hosting wedding celebrations, the day you dream of is in the best of hands at Cain Manor. Cain Manor was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The venue itself is breathtaking, but what truly made our day so special was the amazing team behind it. Everything ran seamlessly and the entire day felt effortless thanks to the staff’s organisation, professionalism, and genuine care. We had the best day of our lives at Cain Manor. It was everything we dreamed of and more — the most perfect setting, the most amazing team, and memories we’ll cherish forever. Cain Manor was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The venue itself is breathtaking, but what truly made our day so special was the amazing team behind it. Everything ran seamlessly and the entire day felt effortless thanks to the staff’s organisation, professionalism, and genuine care. We had the best day of our lives at Cain Manor. It was everything we dreamed of and more — the most perfect setting, the most amazing team, and memories we’ll cherish forever.

We honestly cannot fault Harper Weddings, our wedding day was everything we imagined and more, and honestly exceeded all of our expectations. We had the best day, and loved how seamless everything was. A massive shout out to Mickayla, she is a wonderful person, and truly made our final meeting and lead up to the wedding really easy and she was such a joy to work with. She is a massive attribute to Cain Manor. Stunning Venue & Brilliant Staff- But Organisation Needs ImprovementStunning Venue & Brilliant Staff- But Organisation Needs Improvement
The venue itself was beautiful, and the food on the day was absolutely brilliant. The staff working during the wedding were also wonderful – so kind, attentive, and supportive – which made a huge difference for us on the day. We honestly had the best day ever, and none of the organisational issues took away from how special it was. That being said, smoother organisation in the lead-up would have made the whole experience far less stressful. There were a few details we had to chase the venue about. For example, during planning meetings we made it clear that we would have evening guests, yet on the wedding night the manager pulled us aside and said they hadn’t been informed. This was very unsettling to hear on the day itself, though thankfully we had arranged our own food truck so it didn’t impact us directly. We had also provided clear, printed instructions on the morning of the wedding to help things run smoothly. Unfortunately, these weren’t followed fully – our wedding favours (over 110 travel mugs we had specially made) were never set out for guests. All of them ended up coming home with us, which was a complete waste of time, effort, and money, especially as we live abroad and couldn’t get them to our guests afterward. Another issue was with the additional beds offered in the rooms. We had requested them, but one was not available for use when we arrived. There was also a delay in receiving the room booking link for our guests – despite chasing multiple times, it took two weeks to be sent out. This meant our final planner couldn’t be locked on time, and as a result, the link for guests to book rooms wasn’t sent until less than two weeks before the wedding. Because of the short notice, not enough rooms were booked in time, and we ended up paying for some ourselves to make sure everything went ahead as planned. Adding to this disappointment, the venue also failed to return our security deposit within the 21 days stated in the contract. We had to chase them to have it returned, which not only broke the agreed terms but also left us feeling very let down. One key piece of advice: always communicate with the venue via email rather than phone. Calls and verbal requests often weren’t actioned, and we frequently had to chase for information. Things only seemed to get done once we followed up in writing. Overall, the venue is stunning, the food was exceptional, and the staff on the day were brilliant – they truly helped make our wedding a day we’ll never forget. The only downside was the lack of organisation and communication in the planning process. We got married on the 5th September 2025. Having planned an outdoor wedding it was pouring with rain in the lead up to the day. Luckily we had a beautiful sunny day and the Cain Manor team did everything they could to make the wedding of our dreams happen (even carrying my dress train and veil to the top of the isle to avoid any damp grass). The Cain team could not do enough for us, making us feel like celebrities for the day. We want to make a specific shout out to Michayla, our organiser for the day and Tom our MC for making the day run so smoothly and keeping us calm when the inevitable excited nerves kicked in. The team are well oiled and know how to run wedding. From the moment we viewed Cain Manor we fell in love with it. The venue is not only beautiful but has that home from home feeling. Just like its staff Cain Manor is warm and inviting. We had so many guests complimenting on the venues beautiful setting. Whilst Cain doesn’t offer the full wedding planner service, their portal massively helped in the planning process. How can we put into words just how special one of the best days of our lives was? The day honestly couldn’t have gone any better. The girls at Cain manor, Elliyah, Sarah, Mickayla, Daisy & Jane were the perfect team in bringing our plans to life and we are so grateful. We got married in August 2025 and not only did we have the perfect weather, we had the perfect day. The venue was so accommodating from getting ready, to ensuring suppliers were greeted and running any last minute errand that may have needed to be done. From The first bottles being popped, canapés, the meal, to the evening turn around - everything went so smoothly and to such a high standard. Cain manor worked so well with all our suppliers and looked after our guests so well. I found the planner an absolute dream and It took away so much stress about table plans, layout and costings. Everything was there! I just cannot think of any negative factors we experienced during our day!!! Cain Manor boasts spectacular garden views over what is known as Surrey's Golden Valley. Therefore any wedding photography taken in the garden will have the most incredible back drop.

We're lucky enough to welcome celebrity guests to Cain Manor on a frequent basis.

What’s your favourite canapé?

Our brigade of chefs are always perfecting our menus and producing creative, palate pleasing dishes. We love to indulge, so one of our favourite canapés is our Wagyu sliders with tomato relish & smoked cheddar - delicious!

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

If we're not nibbling on fresh popcorn from our retro popcorn machines, you'll find us over at the chocolate fountain dipping sweet treats in to the melted chocolate.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

The Music Room at Cain Manor is our wow-factor. When we show couples around Cain Manor we always hear a 'oh my goodness' or an exhilarating sigh, having walked in to the Music Room and realising that the dream could actually turn in to a reality, here in this room. It's wonderful!
