This magnificent Victorian mansion, originally built us a hunting lodge, now has a beautiful Garden Pavilion to combine with the picturesque setting to create the wedding venue in Hampshire you have always imagined. Every wedding is uniquely special and we believe your day should reflect this. Our wedding co-ordinator will help take care of arrangements and make the whole process seamless. Let us advise on everything from flowers to photo opportunities, and, on the day itself, our experienced team will be there to make sure the only 'hitch' is the one you have planned.

From the first instance the staff were friendly and attentive, always doing their passionate best to fulfil and request. The venue itself is gorgeous. The perfect balance of old time aesthetics but with modern conveniences. Honestly, having a wedding at a place where people can take 2 minutes to pop back to their rooms was such a blessing. Oh and the food, my word the food. Nothing short of amazing. Even when produced on a mass scale for a wedding of 80+ people every dish was heaven. With reasonable pricing too you'd honestly be hard pushed to find a better venue for your special day.We recently had our wedding at Audley's Wood hotel and it was nothing short of a dream come true. The marquee for the evening had everything we needed. The food was great. And the staff were exceptional, both leading up to and on the day of the wedding. From the beginning planning stages every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. The facilities at Audleys Wood are second to none – we all felt super special the night before the wedding in the dressing gowns in the huge suite! The prep suite is beautiful and large enough to accommodate us all getting ready comfortably. The conservatory room was perfect for our wedding ceremony and made for great photos too. Luckily the weather was warm enough for our canapes to be held outside and the lawns are so big that the vast number of kids we had could all play happily with the garden games whilst the adults enjoyed the sun! The canapes were delicious, and the staff were great at getting round everyone – taking care of those with allergies too. The pavilion was the most perfect place for our reception, in itself it looks beautiful which made it really easy to add our own touches to make it personally perfect! The food and drink was all absolutely delicious and the serving staff were great. Everything worked like clockwork, and it’s clear that the staff are well trained in making sure weddings go very smoothly! Every request was met expertly and every member of staff was friendly and helpful – each of our guests agreed! Charlotte helped us from start to finish organising everything. I was so greatful to her for making the day flow so effortlessly. Every person we encountered genuinely cared about our day. - FFlick14/02/2024Absolutely perfect, in every way Absolutely perfect, in every wayAudleys Wood Hotel was the first and only wedding venue we looked at, from the moment we entered for a wedding showcase we were both sold, we fell in love with the beautiful venue and friendly and welcoming staff, we knew this was the perfect place for us to get married. The whole planning process was made so much easier having Charlotte and her team guide us through each step and answering any question no matter how big or small! All of our requests were catered for and there is literally nothing more we could have wished for on the day, all of our dreams came true! We were able to add our own decor to the ceremony room and pavilion such as using our own flower arch, providing packets of tissues for the guests, making our own centrepieces and having a welcome table with a guest book, photos etc etc. Being able to include decor in keeping with our theming made the day even more special. All of the guests have commented on how welcoming, friendly and accommodating all the staff were, nothing felt like too much bother and everyone was always on hand to make sure everything went to plan. There were so many little things on the day that Charlotte and the team did to make us feel special on our wedding day. The food was outstanding and we've had multiple comments from guests to say how much they enjoyed their meal. We were made to feel so welcome when we came for our menu tasting and Head Chef Leon gave us so much time to talk through our preferences with regards to food and made me so happy that I could have chocolate brownie as a pudding option despite it being on the summer menu!! The day ran perfectly to time and that was all thanks to the Toast Master. I really don't envy him trying to keep everyone to time and he did it with such kindness and patience! He took away all of the worries I had on the day and I really was just able to truly switch off from the planning and stress and enjoy the day. Audleys Wood gave us the perfect wedding without us having to break the bank, we loved every minute and I am so sad it's now all over! She was always on hand to answer any questions however big or small and for accommodating all our decision changes! The day proceeded without a hitch and Michael was amazing, nothing was to small for him and he made sure everything ran smoothly, not only was he professional in his role but he has a lovely presence about him which made the bridal party feel relaxed. He is a credit to Audleys and our deepest thanks on making our day run smoothly with his lovely kind approach to us all. He made our day very special. I would also like to thank all the other members of staff whom once again were extremely welcoming and only too happy to help and serve. Thanks also go out to the housecleaning staff as the rooms were lovely. A huge well done to the chef, the food was incredibly good, I honestly didn’t expect it to be as good as it was and every single one of our guests remarked on how good the food was from our meat eaters, vegetarians and our celiac. We will definitely be dinning again. Audleys Wood is a lovely venue and one we would definitely recommend. We hope to be spending our anniversary’s with you all. Well what can I say….
