Happy couple married in October

Little touches that make it a little bit more 5☆

What a perfect but intimate & bespoke place for a wedding! The place is intriguingly quaint, lots of little touches that make it just that little bit more 5☆. The 2 course meal we are was sublime, portions were immense, brilliant service and really well presented. For a family wedding, with a few young children, there is a safe closed off outdoor area at back where they can play & run round. It was easy to find, made the day very for I am and one to remember. Would highly recommend.

They made the wedding a day to remember for all!

My daughter Sarah Jane and Ian booked poachers for their special day from start to finish this was a fantastic experience the staff both friendly and professional nothing was to much they went above and beyond and a very special mention to Chloe the new manager only held this position for four weeks but the attention to detail was fantastic you made Sarah and Ian wedding day a day to remember for all who shared there day my wife and myself thankyou

Thanks for a great stay

We stayed here for a few nights while doing some house hunting, the hotel was ideal location for us, the rooms are clean and well appointed. The bar is well stocked and the signature Ale is worth trying. The owners are also very friendly and accommodating. I can only imagine what it's like for a wedding venue but would def reccommend.

Great place with great staff

Evening wedding party, staff were busy as expected but were very good and ssrved people quickly and all while still chatting and smiling, buffet food looked good and tasted good, nice clean friendly place.

Was at a wedding weekend. Fabulous time. Food , service, great.
