Nestled in the peaceful Kent countryside, yet easily accessible from Maidstone town, it offers a picturesque and convenient setting for your special day. To cater to every couple’s unique needs and budget, we offer four carefully designed packages. Whether you're envisioning an intimate celebration or a grand affair, we have something to suit your dream wedding. Our beautiful Oak Lodge provides the perfect space for bridal preparation on the morning of your wedding. It’s a peaceful and private retreat where you can get ready for the big day ahead. They were willing to make any accommodations that I could have wanted and worked hard to keep things running smoothly and keep me calm throughout the day. Amy was our wedding coordinator for the day and she was so calming and organised and just generally amazing. The venue itself is really beautiful and there is lots of different areas that can be used.The staff at the orchard were so lovely and went absolutely above and beyond for us on our wedding day to make it as seamless as possible. They were willing to make any accommodations that I could have wanted and worked hard to keep things running smoothly and keep me calm throughout the day. Amy was our wedding coordinator for the day and she was so calming and organised and just generally amazing. The venue itself is really beautiful and there is lots of different areas that can be used.

From the moment the day ended, our guests have spoken about the wedding in exceptionally high regard. We’ve had multiple people say things like “it’s the best wedding I’ve been to.” Even now, guests are still talking about the day and holding both the wedding and the venue in incredibly high regard. The scenery and setting are absolutely beautiful. The venue itself is stunning and created a perfect atmosphere from start to finish. Guests repeatedly commented on the surroundings, the venue layout, and how special the whole place felt. The food was excellent and received consistent praise from our guests. We had a large number of guests with a wide and varied range of allergies, and these were dealt with efficiently, confidently, and effectively by the catering team. Guests with dietary requirements felt completely looked after, which meant a great deal to us. The service overall was outstanding — the catering staff were clearly very well trained, professional, attentive, and friendly throughout the entire day. Communication during the planning process was excellent. Emails and calls were always prompt, every question (big or small) was answered clearly, and we felt genuinely supported every step of the way. The organising staff were warm, friendly, and reassuring, which made planning the wedding feel smooth and stress-free. The price for the venue and all of the services provided was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the setting, the food, the service, and the level of support we received. She made it so easy and went above to make everything a special as possible. The whole team at the orchard were unreal! Every single thing was perfect the food was amazing the venue was beautiful and the whole day was a literal dream, I wish I could do it all over again. All of the Team at the Orchard are so helpful and lovely that planning was a breeze (even for someone like me who has never organised an event before). Of course, our experienced team will guide you throughout the planning process and help coordinate your wedding day so everything runs seamlessly. We have an online planning portal called 'Sonas', all your menus, drinks, timeline's, payments and all important information can be found on here!
Can we bring our own Wedding cake?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own cake, and we provide a cake knife, cake stand and easels ready for your display.
Do you have onsite accommodation?
While we don’t offer onsite accommodation, we want your day to feel completely stress-free. That’s why all our packages include in-house transport for you and your guests. The nearest hotel is just a 3-minute drive away, and there are plenty of other nearby options to choose from, so you can pick the one that feels most personal for your wedding. We’ll be happy to help you plan the logistics so everyone can relax, enjoy the celebrations, and make the most of your special day.
