How do you even begin to put into words what Chapel House and our wedding experience mean to us? Honestly, it feels almost impossible to do justice to the magic of the day we had there in October. Some experiences are so special that words will never quite be enough, and our wedding day at Chapel House is one of them. It was everything we could have dreamed of and so much more, and we will carry the memories we made there in our hearts for the rest of our lives. From the very first moment we stepped through the doors to view the venue, we were made to feel so welcome. There was an immediate warmth about the place, and we knew we were somewhere special. When we returned for dinner a couple of weeks later, the staff even remembered our names, which was such a lovely, personal touch and really showed the level of care and attention that runs through everything at Chapel House. Throughout the planning process, the team were always on hand to answer any questions, with responses coming the very same day. When you’re planning something as meaningful and important as your wedding, those little things make the world of difference. They give you reassurance, take away the stress and remind you that you’re in safe hands. What truly sets Chapel House apart, though, is that the team made us feel as though our wedding was just as important to them as it was to us. We never felt like we were simply another couple booking a venue; we felt listened to, understood and genuinely cared for. That feeling stayed with us throughout the entire journey, right up until the moment we said our vows and began this next chapter of our lives together. From the moment we booked, we knew we had made the right choice, and our wedding day exceeded every expectation we had. Jade and the entire team were absolutely incredible. They made sure everything ran so smoothly from start to finish, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy every moment of our special day. The Chapel House Estate team created the best wedding experience for us from start to finish. Their expertise in everything is unmatched and they really care about your day. They’re so quick to respond to any questions which is so important! The whole process felt truly bespoke and all the guests said how ‘us’ it was. It was the best wedding ever, we can’t stop reliving it and how amazing they all made it. It genuinely couldn’t have gone more perfectly. Loz was our coordinator through the whole planning process and oh my god, she was incredible. Thinking of things we hadn’t even considered, helping us iron out any hiccups we were having whilst planning and coming up with some fab ideas to make our day extra special. One being a giant, personalised tiramisu as our wedding cake which was a real highlight of the day and a great photo moment, plus so so tasty. On the day she was so organised and couldn’t do enough for me and Billy to make sure we were feeling calm and that we didn’t have to worry about anything. The day ran exactly to plan which was completely down to Loz and the rest of the team and we didn’t have to think about anything other than enjoying ourselves. The grounds are absolutely stunning and so well maintained, even after the summer we’ve had with no rain it was beautiful and full of flowers. We had our wedding breakfast in the glasshouse which was beautiful too for our intimate wedding. And the food, my god the food!! Everyone said that it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding which we definitely agree with. We had a bbq, which was definitely the fanciest and best bbq we’ve had and honestly the pork belly will be hard for any restaurant ever to live up to. So basically we couldn’t recommend a venue more. Every single aspect of what they offer is perfect. Our absolute dream wedding! The Chapel House Estate team created the best wedding experience for us from start to finish. Choosing Chapel House Estate as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we first visited, we fell in love with it, but somehow our wedding day was even more incredible than we could have imagined. Our biggest thank you has to go to Loz, our wedding coordinator, who was honestly amazing. She went above and beyond for us from start to finish and made the whole process feel so easy and stress free. She thought of absolutely everything! On the day, knowing Loz was there and that everything was being taken care of meant we could completely relax, be present and enjoy every single moment. The venue itself is just stunning. We have had SO many of our guests tell us how beautiful Chapel House Estate was, and the comments about the food have been just as incredible. We’ve even had guests tell us it was the best wedding venue they’ve ever been to in the UK, which says everything! The food was genuinely amazing, and it made us so happy to hear how much everyone enjoyed it. Every little detail felt so thoughtfully done, and the whole day felt completely seamless. The staff were incredible too. Everyone was so attentive, kind and friendly, and they genuinely couldn’t do enough to help. We felt so looked after from beginning to end. She went above and beyond for us from start to finish and made the whole process feel so easy and stress free. She thought of absolutely everything! On the day, knowing Loz was there and that everything was being taken care of meant we could completely relax, be present and enjoy every single moment. The venue itself is just stunning. We have had SO many of our guests tell us how beautiful Chapel House Estate was, and the comments about the food have been just as incredible. We’ve even had guests tell us it was the best wedding venue they’ve ever been to in the UK, which says everything! The food was genuinely amazing, and it made us so happy to hear how much everyone enjoyed it. Every little detail felt so thoughtfully done, and the whole day felt completely seamless. The staff were incredible too. Everyone was so attentive, kind and friendly, and they genuinely couldn’t do enough to help. We felt so looked after from beginning to end. When you know, you know...When you know, you know...
The biggest decision you will make when planning a wedding (besides your significant other) is your venue; and I'm so thankful we chose Chapel House Estate. From the moment we arrived at our tour, it was love at first sight. The venue is characterful, full of charm and the perfect English countryside setting. It’s also a certified b-corp which wasn’t a deal breaker for us but definitely is something we value. We had never heard of the venue before and we didn’t know anyone who had experiences here but we followed our gut that this was our place... When you know, you know. We had an intimate wedding (of 50) in the newly built Glass Courtyard and Courtyard Kitchen. In the planning process, the team’s communication was second to none which is arguably the most important role a venue has. They were always responsive, proactive, and genuinely interested in us and our plans. We formed a connection with the team from visiting the venue and eating at their restaurant, Number Nine, many times prior which we absolutely recommend doing; the food is exceptional. We opted for a BBQ for our wedding breakfast and received rave reviews from our guests; the only feedback is that we weren’t able to have a tasting for this option so we selected the menu not having tried it. We visited the restaurant anyway to try the food and we were confident whatever we chose would be great but when you’re spending that much money on a wedding, you do expect a tasting to be included. A highlight for us was our tiramisu tower (instead of a wedding cake) and what a show stopper! Our guests commented on how incredible it looked and tasted, and we’re so happy we trusted the chefs with this in-house. We also had chocolate brownies (for anyone who didn’t like tiramisu) and our guests raved about them so much - they’re still talking about them now! Food tasting or not, you will not be disappointed with the food here. As an event manager myself, my expectations are maybe higher than most and I can confidently say their level of organisation and execution was faultless. Keeley, our venue coordinator, is unbelievably good at her job and made sure everything was taken care of; always 10 steps ahead. She felt like a friend by the end, and I don’t know how I would’ve coped without her help. She handles things that you won’t even think of; she makes an effort to get to know you and what your expectations are in a relaxed way; she was an absolute godsend to us and we felt so lucky to have her. That said, the rest of the team we met throughout were also brilliant. Shout out to Chantelle too who is also another incredible asset to the team. It took us a while to figure out what it is about CHE that’s different. Because it is different. And it’s the team. They ALL have this undeniable passion and genuine care for what they do, for their couples, and for each other - you don’t find that often. Our day was truly magical and I’m so happy we decided to take a risk and choose this venue that we had no experience with. Just perfect! everything about our wedding at Chapel House was amazing. The venue offers everything you need in one place, from the bridal beauty pod to the ceremony to the after party... and they allow dogs on-site! The staff are amazing and make the whole day seamless, big thanks to Loz who was a brilliant wedding organiser. We had the best day and it's all thanks to you all at Chape House. We honestly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place for our wedding than Chapel House Estate. From the moment we first visited, we loved the relaxed, intimate feel of the venue and the beautiful, well-established gardens, and on the day itself it was everything we had hoped for and more. Lauren was wonderful throughout the whole planning process. The meetings we had with her in the lead-up made everything feel easy and well organised, and the food tasting was such a lovely part of the experience too. On the wedding day itself, Lauren, Melissa and the whole team were amazing — calm, friendly and completely on top of everything, so we never had to worry about a thing.The whole team were absolutely wonderful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and everything was so calm and seamless, which meant we could completely relax and just enjoy our day. The venue looked beautiful, despite the dry weather the gardens looked wonderful, the food was fantastic and every little detail felt so well thought through. Our guests have said so many lovely things about Chapel House since the wedding, which says it all. What we loved most was that it felt really special without ever feeling formal or stuffy. When we were looking for a wedding venue we had no idea what kind of venue we wanted but from the moment we arrived at Chapel House Estate we just knew. Our initial meeting with Jade was helpful, informative & we had a tailored quote within hours of us leaving the venue which was so much quicker than anywhere else we had looked. From our meetings after this with Lauren she helped explain everything that we needed to do & know & nothing was a problem at all. Our wedding day in some way they stepped it up even further & our day was flawless! The support on the day was amazing & everyone was so helpful that all of our guests felt at ease. One word - WOW. We had the most incredible wedding day at CHE on 18/07/2026. We viewed this venue 2 years ago and it took our breath away from the offset. We knew then, this was the venue for us and we are so happy we made the decision to tie the knot there ✨ Everything was seamless from the very beginning, the venue is absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious and staff were brilliant. I could not recommend this venue enough! We were extremely lucky to have Keeley as our wedding co-ordinator. She is so knowledgable, helpful, organised and a pleasure to be around. She has the rare ability to bring a sense of calm combined with enthusiasm and positive energy (not to mention she also has some great dance moves💃🏼) Thank you to everyone that made our day possible. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing throughout the day. We laughed, cried and danced the night away surrounded by our favourite people.
