From then on, the wedding became an absolute doddle and the process was all of a sudden so much more enjoyable. On the run up, the team were so helpful and accommodating. Daisy and Jay worked with us closely to make everything so special, and more importantly feel like us. We wanted a fun party atmosphere and they just got it. We were always having our reception there and really looking forward to it, but when our ceremony venue cancelled on us last minute, they certainly pulled it out the bag. Quickly reassuring us they could do the whole thing, inviting us to wedding fairs to see what we could have and communicating so well with us. It had been quite a stressful period up till this point and they just made all go away.Quite simply, Dr Bells saved and made our day what it always should have been. We were always having our reception there and really looking forward to it, but when our ceremony venue cancelled on us last minute, they certainly pulled it out the bag. We liked how the venue is so flexible on theme, with a beautiful blank canvas room that can be decorated to your own tastes. The staff were helpful and so friendly. We truly appreciated the staff, their enthusiasm and intuition on the day added to the joy of the occasion as we were free to simply soak up the atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble and a lot of guests commented on how lovely they all were. Our Wedding day at The Old Dr Bells Baths in July 2019, was without doubt, the happiest day of our lives.
