From the moment you get in touch, we will help take care of all the details from cars to caviar, and from flowers to photographs. To make planning that bit easier, many of our main rooms are licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships, as well as humanist and religious ceremonies.
Take advantage of our spa for relaxation and wedding preparation. We will be your trusted partner by your side every step of the way and can advise on everything from making a spectacular arrival to enjoying the last dance of the evening, and on the day itself our specialist events team will ensure everything runs seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail, leaving you free to treasure each magical moment.

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
The best wedding – easy! Gavin, our Banqueting Operations Manager tells us: "I was a groomsman at one of my best friend’s weddings a few years ago. I was quite apprehensive about it being at my hotel and more importantly being looked after by my department without me there in charge but it was an incredible day. Everything was just perfect. I was so proud of the staff and what they achieved and the way that everything ran. Also experienced my first silent disco that night – brilliant."
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Just one? Use the expertise of the hotels wedding team to get what you want from the day. We have organised thousands of weddings between us and we can help you achieve your vision for the day. There are no stupid questions when it comes to your day.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
An Italian wedding handed out mini coffee percolators to all their guests. Luckily for us they had a few left over for the staff too!

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Outside the spa we have an outside pool which is used by all our photographers for a “reflection shot”.
In addition, the tree swing in the woodland walk makes for a lovely intimate photo.

Every wedding couple is treated like celebrities at Norton House...
What’s your favourite canapé?
Haggis Bon Bons all day long.

You can’t beat a bacon roll a midnight!
