Tracey was extremely helpful and accommodating. She made our wedding day run smoothly and we are very thankful.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Tracey and the rest of the team, we could not have wished for a better day. Tracey did an amazing job sorting everything out. All the staff were amazing on the day, everything was perfect. I will recommend The Grand Hotel to everyone for any event, I can't fault the hotel in any way. Again thank you so much for everything.

We had the most perfect day, from start to finish we were looked after superbly and all our needs were met. We had so many compliments from our guests about our wedding breakfast food and service being outstanding with many saying it was the the best wedding food they had ever had. The service we all thought was impeccable, from the wedding breakfast to the end of the night where staff helped us up to our room with our bags. We were totally blown away to have been upgraded to a Suite which was such a treat to have a balcony and spacious room. Our toastmaster Andy put us at complete ease throughout the day and we were so grateful to have him keeping our guests to timely plans. We also can’t thank Lottie and the events team enough for all their preparations and hard work and for their commitment to making sure our day went smoothly. Wian-Marie was fabulous at greeting us when we arrived and we remember feeling so very welcome and at ease. Sammie was there overseeing that all went to plan during our evening reception, our guests loved the bar and the staff couldn’t have done enough for us all which we really appreciated also!
