The breakfast staff on the morning with their gorgeous smiles made my day first thing everyday ! The young lad was also so helpful with everyone, while serving us all he was helping a man I assume was blind ? who needed assistance I think his name was Jake or Jay ? Management should be proud of the staff they have !! Hannah was also amazing she went above and beyond for us both throughout our stay. The poached eggs were to die For Staff amazing !! Any small touches that show the couples personality and interests are always great to see - we had a Wedding where the maid of honour managed to hire a cow as a surprise to the Bride after they made a pact as children that there would be a cow on her Wedding day with it being the Brides favourite animal!
