Walworth Castle Hotel

Me and my husband got married here on Saturday 4th September 2021. The whole day was perfect and we highly recommend Walworth castle. The staff are amazing, gorgeous food and amazing grounds. The events team was absolutely brilliant helping us plan our wedding and nothing was a trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We stayed at the castle for a friend’s wedding for a weekend. The hotel was so clean and our room (19) was absolutely fantastic! The bed was extremely comfortable, there was plenty of space to hang clothes. Our little boy (18 months) was provided with a cot bed and extra blankets too! The staff went above and beyond, they were friendly, helpful and so welcoming. The food was delicious! Would definitely recommend.

We were married at Walworth Castle in October 2021. It was our second attempt at a wedding, following the closure of the previous venue due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The wedding and events team could not have been more accommodating. We booked the King James Suite. The room was huge and absolutely beautiful! The staff kindly brought breakfast up to my room Overall it was an amazing day and I am so pleased we chose to get married at Walworth Castle.

We would both like to say a huge thank you to all of the fab team here, they went above and beyond to make sure our whole day ran smoothly and were so friendly and welcoming to all of our guests. The food provided was exquisite and well catered to suit all guests requirements. The team were fantastic and helped us every step of the way The room/bridal suite was simply beautiful and so clean and well kept. We had the most perfect wedding day with memories to treasure forever.

Our daughter and son in law chose the castle two years ago and not one family member or friends were disappointed at all. From start to finish our stay and the beautiful wedding ceremony and wonderful meal was superb. Big thanks to all the staff who made their unforgettable special day

Our daughter and her fiancé booked Walworth Castle for their wedding about 20 months ago. The experience has been absolutely amazing from the moment it was booked. A huge thank you to Jolene and Melissa and to to all of the staff who are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble the food and service was exceptional. I cannot speak more highly of the whole experience and would definitely recommend to others

Tis the 16th of April, quite a significant Spring day. Having strimmed Garden 'n Fence Edges; our Son Cut the Lawns, to get us Away. So A Trip to Walworth Castle, Via Archers Ice Cream Parlour was the Plan. Enjoy a Sunday Lunch with All the Trimmings which was Delicious: If YOU Can. The setting is SO perfect with Ancient Space and Views Galore. Our First Visit; when Friends Bought it; was over 45years and More. A Perfect Wedding Venue with Accommodatio to Suit. We initially intended to stop overnight in the Lake District as a Christmas present for my wife but due to the awful weather, we rebooked somewhere a bit closed (Walworth Castle) and what a great decision that was! We had a tour around the castle dungeons, which you can hire out for an alternative wedding if you so wish. The castle ballroom caters for both traditional and none traditional weddings, a perfect venue for a wedding or just a romantic weekend away in an old castle.

We stayed in this fantastic castle for our daughters wedding. Beautiful surroundings, rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped, the bridal suite was jaw-dropping, stunning. The staff were 1st class, all the comms before the wedding, the check-in, the bar staff, waiting staff, managers all so friendly and made sure the stay was flawless. They were all on hand to make sure she had a fantastic day. The wedding timings were so well organised.
