Exclusive use of Skendleby Hall, a Grade ll listed property, built 250 years the Hall was commissioned by Lord Brackenbury as his countryside residence. We offer bespoke luxury in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds with outstanding natural countryside. We can help create your bespoke wedding ceremony and reception. Accommodation at the Hall is for 28 guests with further accommodation available in the village of Skendleby at the Blacksmith Arms country cottages - just 5 minutes walk away. Our oak panelled drawing room or light and airy music rooms are the perfect setting for your special day. The Hall is licensed for up to 50 for a wedding ceremony with more guests in the evening. The Hall is full of character, charm and each room is very individual - with a ‘laid back luxury’ feel and charm to the rooms. For exclusive use of the Hall guests arrive on a Friday morning and wedding bookings run until the Monday so the bride and groom can also enjoy a whole weekend at the Hall. We have a range of suppliers that we work with to ensure your special day is full of wonderful memories so if you would like help in planning your menu, choosing your wines, filming and theming your wedding Amanda our House Manager has many years experience in event management and will support you from an initial show round right through to your wedding day. Our wedding offer is based on your individual requirements whether is a country afternoon tea party, fine dining or culinary seasonal favourites with work with Lincolnshire suppliers who provide the best service and the best produce in the county. As a wedding photographer, I had the opportunity to work there a few times. This is one of my favourite wedding venues in the UK. Beautiful and charming venue which gives a great opportunity for creating amazing couples portraits. Had my wedding reception at Skendlebry hall in 2012 had such a fabulous time. We had another visit over the weekend of 23 October with family. Outstanding time at an outstanding house. As visitors from Canada, our weekend wedding experience at this large country home was very special. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Beds and linens were top quality and many rooms came with splendid views. Owners were super helpful. The beach is a fun, 20 minute drive away. Highly recommended for all ages. 24 of us stayed at Skendleby Hall for my husband's 50th - what a brilliant venue, it has everything and Ruth is so helpful, would definitely recommend it is beautiful, so well equipped, and spotless. We used Skendleby Catering , WOW what amazing food and amazing service. we have a 2 course Italian meal on the Friday evening and a 3 course celebration dinner on the Saturday, both were outstanding. I cannot recommend Jen and her team enough. 5 star in every way. 24 of us stayed at Skendleby Hall for my husband's 50th - what a brilliant venue, it has everything and Ruth is so helpful, would definitely recommend it is beautiful, so well equipped, and spotless.
