Choosing a venue to celebrate your wedding is one of the biggest decisions you will make. Here at One Warwick Park we help couples every step of the way!
One Warwick Park Hotel is licensed to host wedding ceremonies and receptions and with 142sqm of space can accommodate wedding parties of up to 120 seated, and 180 for your evening reception. Our highly skilled chefs will deliver onsite catering and our dedicated team will provide you with immaculate service and attention to detail.
Your wedding will be arranged and supported by our in house wedding team so you can relax and enjoy every minute of your special day.

- VVic and Greg21/11/2025The best day of our lives (and everyone else's) The best day of our lives (and everyone else's)Thank you so much for such a wonderful day, I am so sorry we didn't leave a review sooner! Firstly thank you to our wedding co-ordinator who went above and beyond, and thank you to the rest of the hotel staff, from reception to waiters everyone helped made our day so perfect. One Warwick Park Hotel was the first venue we visited, I knew from the moment we walked into the wedding space, it was the perfect fit for us. We loved the beams, big arched windows, and brick work with all fairy lights. The bars were spacious and modern, much like the rest of the hotel. We still visited couple of other venues that same day, but there was always something we didn't like about each of them, some of which needed a lot of decoration. I stayed in the junior suite the night before, and had plenty of space for my bridal party to get ready in. The wedding co-ordinator organised everyone for the ceremony, which gave me a few moments to myself before walking down the aisle. We got some amazing photos in and around the hotel, including some lovely group shots. We had canapes and mojitos for our drinks reception, which guests loved! The main meal was some of the best food we have ever had, with lots of compliments from guests too. We had late night snacks for the evening which was perfect after a few drinks. We got to create our own package, for the quality we received on the day I think they should be charging more..... we were able to keep within our budget without having to make any sacrifices to what we offered guests. We booked it with only 5 months notice and everything came together perfectly. The function room is beautiful, by far the best we had seen, it had so much character with the beams and brick work. The rest of the hotel was very smart and modern, with so many guests commenting on how amazing their stay was! The room didn't need to much decoration, it comes with festoon lighting and fairy lights. The staff setup our centre pieces etc, nothing was to much trouble. We had a taster included, the food was exceptional! On the day so many guests commented on how delicious everything was, overall it ticked all of our boxes and more!! Karen our Event coordinator was great with us, she was very receptive to our ideas and did all she can to make it possible even though our wedding was on short notice. For the actual day, the whole team was excellent, nothing was too much for them. They went above and beyond for all our guest, one thing that stood out for me was on the day of the wedding the Club room which was the standard complimentary room for the wedding night was used by my wife to get ready in the morning, to avoid us getting back to the same room and enhance our experience on our big day we were upgraded to the Deluxe Room with other complementaries which just made our day perfect. All our bags were moved for us we didn't even need to touch anything which was a really nice touch for us. Can't say a thank you big enough to Karen and her excellent team, we were chose Warwick on recommendation and we can boldly say we were not disappointed. And will definitely recommend Warwick Park Hotel to anyone looking for a top of the range service and venue. - LLuke and Rose21/10/2024I wish I could relive the dayI wish I could relive the dayWe had an unbelievable time, every guest we spoke to complemented the food (plus I'm Gluten free and they catered so amazingly for me) and we had so many people stay until the last moment before we all finished. We were well catered for in every aspect and the pricing model was perfect for our smaller than average budget. I will be telling people for years to come and can't recommend them enough. I cant thank Karen and every staff member at OWP for making our wedding day perfect. Karen and I connected via emails and calls in the months leading up to the wedding, the communication was perfect. Everything I ever asked for or things we talked about nothing was never a problem, Karen and the OWP team were brilliant to work with. The venue is so gorgeous, Modern and Elegant. The Room is bright and large with a gorgeous fire place and open brick wall with wooden beams. The hotel rooms are so sophisticated and modern. We stayed in ‘The House’ and for Bridal party prep this was the perfect location!!! It was dreamy!!! Spacious, comfy beds, gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. It was so special to stay with bridesmaids & Family members the night before, but each of us having our own bedroom in a house environment, the House is just amazing! The food was fabulous! The chef created some gorgeous dishes for 80 guests, many with dietary requirements, this was no trouble at all and each guests feedback about their meal was that it was all delicious! Thank you chef!! Our evening buffet – the compliments we received were great here too!. Especially the chicken goujons! The wedding tasting afternoon OWP hosted to sample wedding day food was amazing. We tried all the wines and dishes, it was so lovely to enjoy this day as a pre wedding day date day. Thank you so much! I popped into the venue multiple times before the wedding day to visualize and ask various questions that I ever had. Any team member I ever met was so friendly, helpful and kind. Nothing was ever a problem for anyone. Days before our wedding I sent Karen a photo of some cocktails I liked, Karen worked with the food and beverage manager to bring my idea into reality. I was so happy – thank you so much! On the day of the wedding Karen you popped in and out, and were there to support me from 7am - I loved it so much the way you kept connected with us, thank you! My emotions were high throughout the day and this didn’t phase you at all, your support was truly appreciated! We could not be any more happier with the way our wedding day went. We had such amazing feedback from our guests on how gorgeous the venue and the hotel are. And How good the food was! Thank you so much for everything Karen. You are great at what you do!! Karen, their Event Manager, did an absolutely amazing job and we were so thrilled with how the day went. It was exactly how we envisaged the day to be! Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue looked. Our guests also thought the food was the best "Wedding food" they have ever had. The service we received on the day of our Wedding was nothing short of exceptional and with happy, friendly, smiley staff looking after us it was just perfect. We would love to do it all over again and can't wait to return for another special occasion. The venue itself had the perfect vibe for our wedding; open brick walls and wooden beams in the function room, with a contrasting modern hotel and bar. Set in The Pantiles, we just felt it was perfect for us. Once a date was set, we were put in contact Karen, the wedding coordinator. Karen we just want to say a huge thank you. No matter how big or small the query, you were just an email or phone call away and were determined to make our special day perfect for us. You made us feel so relaxed and assured us that nothing was ever too much to ask. The morning of the wedding, you bounced between both Paul and I, ensuring we were okay and checking if we needed anything. From start to finish the staff at the hotel made sure our special day was to our taste and ran as smoothly as possible. When tasting our menu choices, the chef was able to alter a dish by adding a sauce that wasn’t originally on the menu. Again, nothing was ever too much and the dish was an absolute crowd pleaser on the day! The day itself was so smooth: our guests commented on how seamless the hotel staff were throughout the day. Whether it was moving luggage, accommodating guests or just being there, the hard work did not go unnoticed. This continued the following day when our guests joined us back in the function room for a buffet breakfast. This is something we would definitely recommend, as it’s a lovely touch to continue the celebrations with your guests. This seamless organisation wouldn’t have happened without you Karen. Every little detail was thought of and we were supported throughout the day and the run up to the wedding. The venue looked incredible and was turned around so quickly from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast and it looked better than I could have ever imagined. The bar staff were amazing and the waiting staff also. Our guests were blown away by the service and haven’t stopped talking about the food since. Thank you One Warwick park, Karen and team for making it the most unforgettable wedding. We will be back for food on our wedding anniversary if not before.
