We have a range of different package options and inclusions:
Prices start from just £5,027 (Twilight package) which includes your venue hire fee, wedding breakfast & a reception drink per guest.
Prices around £12,310 (full day package) would include table wine & a toasting drink per person.
The above prices are dependent on day of the week and season.
• Accommodating minimum 60 people and up to 108 people during the day
• Up to 250 guests in total for your reception evening
• Top table seating 8 people & x10 180cm round tables with chairs included seating of a maximum of 10
• Full length white linen for tables and napkins included
• Table tap water in jugs with tumblers for guests
• Space outdoors to get creative which including seating, tables & parasols
• Bouquet Throwing and Confetti Tunnels orchestrated by your Wedding Coordinator (real petals only)
• Fully licenced and stocked bar with staff day & evening until midnight (extensions available upon request)
• Hire begins at 9am on your day until 10am the next day to clear any of your decorations/belongings
• Wedding Coordinator & Support from the moment you make your booking until your special day
• An initial meeting & a final meeting 6 weeks before your day to go over any finer details

We had the most beautiful, stress free and magical day. We had a twilight winter wedding so considering there wasn’t really any use of outdoor space the seamless turn around of the room was done so well! We was able to create the theming of our wedding so seamlessly with the canvas of what was already there at the venue. It was an honour to be the first same sex couple wedding at the venue, they truly led from the front in being inclusive and it really set it apart from other venues when we did our initial scouting for a wedding venue. It simply wasn’t a question, Oad St was ours!The venue is the perfect setting for a wedding and is incredibly magical with such versatility inside and outside. The kitchen's grazing buffet is a thing of wonder and beauty, but great venues are always built on great people. I am happy to report that I have seen every member of the Oad St team bend over backwards several times to make sure that their clients have the biggest of big days. Every celebration there has lived long in the memory. I look forward to seeing everyone again soon. Bride and Groom cocktails are always a favourite of ours, giving that personal touch to your wedding day. We can create cocktails that reflect you as a couple, and we love to see different spins on this. We've created an Oad St Mai Tai or even a 'Marry Me Margarita'!

Our pairing canapés are special favourite! Such as Eton mess paired with a mini Pimms No 1, or the 'Steak & Ale Canapie' with a mini Guinness on the side ... the perfect duo!

Individual Mac & Cheese pots being brought to you on the dance floor always hits the spot!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our enchanting foliage ceiling with low hanging lights, creating the perfect atmosphere, with dimmable bulbs to enhance the evenings ambience.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We're a family run business which has come a long way since beginning our journey. We love to work with smaller business / suppliers as well as local distilleries to ensure every aspect is a true Kent experience.
