We have a range of different package options and inclusions:
Prices start from just £5,027 (Twilight package) which includes your venue hire fee, wedding breakfast & a reception drink per guest.
Prices around £12,310 (full day package) would include table wine & a toasting drink per person.
The above prices are dependent on day of the week and season.

The most amazing venue for our perfect wedding day!I don’t even know where to start with Oad Street, they were fantastic from start to finish! We had the most beautiful, stress free and magical day! Our wedding coordinator Charley was incredible, nothing was too much trouble. She planned every detail immaculately so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Our wedding wouldn’t have been half the day it was without her. As well as Charley the rest of the staff that were there on the day were also so incredibly polite and helpful! The venue is stunning on its own with all the foliage and lights but once dressed it’s beautiful. We had a twilight winter wedding so considering there wasn’t really any use of outdoor space the seamless turn around of the room was done so well! If you your are in need of a perfect wedding day Oas Street is the place!I don’t even know where to start with Oad Street, they were fantastic from start to finish! The kitchen's grazing buffet is a thing of wonder and beauty, but great venues are always built on great people. I am happy to report that I have seen every member of the Oad St team bend over backwards several times to make sure that their clients have the biggest of big days. Every celebration there has lived long in the memory. I look forward to seeing everyone again soon. One of the highlights was the wine tasting experience — not only was it a lovely and luxurious part of the planning process, it also doubled as a really fun date night for us, and helped us choose the perfect pairings for our day. We had the pleasure of working with Scott Anderson Catering, and the food was absolutely amazing. The tasting experience and overall menu selection were outstanding, there was such a wide variety to choose from, with something for everyone. It made planning so easy and enjoyable, and on the day, every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. Our celebrant was a recommended supplier by Oad St, Danni, brought so much heart to the ceremony. She made it feel intimate, emotional, and truly ours. And then there’s Charley, our incredible wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, she was our rock. She even ran through the rain with an umbrella to protect the bridal party, which perfectly sums up her dedication and kindness. We genuinely would have been lost without her. Even little details we didn’t think of! The venue is the perfect setting for a wedding and is incredibly magical with such versatility inside and outside. We was able to create the theming of our wedding so seamlessly with the canvas of what was already there at the venue. Communication between us and Charley was on point and nothing was too much trouble, this made things less stressful on the lead up to and on the day. It was an honour to be the first same sex couple wedding at the venue, we both felt that this venue led from the front in being inclusive and it really set it apart from other venues when we did our initial scouting for a wedding venue, it simply wasn’t a question Oad St was our first choice. We opted for a grazing table with pizza paddles, this was a good choice in our opinion! The choice of items on the table was superb and so tasty, we particularly enjoyed the pickle, Sausage Roll and the Peach tart dessert item. There was plenty to go around even after everyone eating and a round or two of seconds. Charley and Team were very good and helping with providing a list of trusted suppliers, which was a great help in us making decisions on who we would book for the other elements of our wedding. Our enchanting foliage ceiling with low hanging lights, creating the perfect atmosphere, with dimmable bulbs to enhance the evenings ambience.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We're a family run business which has come a long way since beginning our journey. We love to work with smaller business / suppliers as well as local distilleries to ensure every aspect is a true Kent experience.
