Talking about planning, Kimberley was amazing and was always on hand before the big day to chat about what we wanted from food to timings. There wasn't anything that couldn't be done. We got lucky with the weather on our day so managed to get lots of gorgeous photos of the grounds and even if it were raining there was still lots of amazing photo opportunities inside the venue - particularly the main ceremony room.From start to finish the day was perfect and everything went according to plan. Talking about planning, Kimberley was amazing and was always on hand before the big day to chat about what we wanted from food to timings. There wasn't anything that couldn't be done. Being able to visit the animals was a bonus!! The food was great, really organised, tasty and served hot. The waiting staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who coordinated the wedding was brilliant, she explained everything and thought ahead. Overall we had a wonderful day, all of the venue staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and knew what they were doing. It made the day go so smoothly. Thank you so much!! 5⭐️Review!! It was a wonderful day in a spectacular setting and must have taken a lot of hard work from a lot of people. I would like to say particular thanks to Alan, ( for sorting out the cake for me), and to Darren and Taylor for generally helping me out, but especially for their encouragement and help in preparing a special little surprise for the bride on her wedding morning. Every single one of our guests had a wonderful day and we feel so lucky that we chose your venue. You have been absolutely brilliant, as was Darren and the other male event's manager (whose name has completely slipped my mind!) if there is a way for me to pass this on to your manager or formally pass on my delight with all of you please let me know as I would like you all to get the praise and recognition you deserve. We can't thank you all enough! We've had no formal photos back yet, but as soon as they are in we will pass them on and will be delighted for you to use any of them. We will certainly be back at The Zoo and look forward to seeing you and speaking to you soon. Thanks to yourself for making the lead-in easy and pass on our thanks to Darren and Alan for executing the day smoothly. The meal was good. For myself the tartlet was a bit lacking in Brie so a bit dry. I really enjoyed the rest of the meal. All our guests had a great time, even my Dad, so that is praise itself! We will forward some of our pictures once we receive them as neither of us took any on the day.
