Keeping it simple with bacon or egg sandwiches and sausage rolls makes for the best midnight snack at a wedding because they are delicious, satisfying, and a nostalgic treat that everyone enjoys.

Our 18th Floor space is undeniably stunning and exceptionally unique, boasting panoramic views of the flourishing metropolis of Manchester, making it ideal for evening functions. During the day, the picturesque vistas of the Pennines and countryside add to its allure, while its modern design sets it apart from other wedding venues.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We take immense pride in our hotel team's achievements. Just a year ago, we lacked a wedding license, but today, we boast a full license with stunning wedding spaces, menus and packages and the team really enjoy working on them.
