We are a completely unique and entirely innovative event space in the heart of Manchester. With exposed walls, stone oors and a raw urban backdrop; the simplicity of our venue provides a stunning setting for your wedding day.
Built in the early 1900s as predominantly a cotton storage facility, our warehouse buildings have stood as a symbol of this city’s industrial strength and innovation for around 100 years. Since then, careful renovations have made it a venue to capture the imagination and create a surprisingly romantic backdrop
for many couples.
Here at Victoria Warehouse we realise every wedding is unique, and whether you plan a traditional format to the day or a more personal celebration; our dedicated wedding team will work closely with you to ensure your special day runs to perfection.
We have four amazing spaces for you to choose from; The Bays, The Archives, The Cellars and The Cotton Sheds - all fully licensed for a civil ceremony.
We also welcome external catering for religious and cultural ceremonies and celebrations. Dry Hire for these events starts at £6,000.00 inc. VAT.

The minimum price for room hire is dependent upon the space you choose to hire. Pricing for The Bay's starts from £3,500 to £4,800. Pricing for The Cotton Sheds starts from £15,500. All prices include VAT.
The Bays
The architecture of the Bays offers both a wonderful acoustic and an intimate setting steeped in history. The industrial pillars and original brickwork have been lovingly restored to reveal a striking backdrop across two rooms; ideal for both traditional and contemporary celebrations. You really couldn’t get married anywhere more unusual and atmospheric.

A setting inspired by the Industrial Revolution. The Cotton Sheds provides a blank canvas upon which you can design a spectacular and incredible ambience for your day. With large capacity and flexibility, the raw brick simplicity lets you add your own glitz, glamour and unique atmosphere.

- BBeth & Ross25/06/2025The BEST day. The BEST day.We had the best experience with the team at Victoria Warehouse for our wedding. From the first time we stepped into the venue everyone was so friendly and helpful. The planning process was smooth and Eve and Freya were on hand to answer any questions, recommend suppliers and make everything stress free. The team on the day were absolutely brilliant. They were calm, friendly and so so good at what they do. We have had so many comments from guests about how wonderful everything was, how delicious the food was and how quick they were served at the bar. Staff made sure we were fed and happy all the way through. I have no idea if there were any issues because they just handled everything with ease! We couldn't have asked for a better day and can't thank everyone enough. The best party of our lives, I'm already trying to work out what event I can host here again. - NNat & Si24/01/2024The best day, at the best venue!The best day, at the best venue!We had the most amazing experience at Victoria Warehouse, right from the initial viewing/contact, through to the wedding and beyond. Eve was our lead coordinator, she had wonderful communication throughout and had such a great knowledge base whenever we needed help. She recommended suppliers, helped with suggestions to make our ideas come to life, nothing was too much trouble. The venue itself was so perfect for our winter wedding, keeping everyone warm and dry inside for the day/night. The bar space was perfect to house everything we wanted to bring in (mini golf, sweet carts, games, craft corner, face painters, beer pong etc) leaving the main room free for eating/dancing. We also loved the outside space, with room for smoke bombs, sparklers etc and some amazing industrial look photos. Our on the day coordinators were both so lovely and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our day. They helped with everything from the set up to the derig, with lots of fun chats and care in between! The in house caterers also need a special mention. Every one of our guests have commented on how incredible the food was, that they'd never had wedding food like it and we have to agree. We booked the street food option and had gyros. They were delicious! And the evening burgers were incredible too. We would highly recommend Victoria Warehouse to anyone looking at this style of venue. We wish we could do the day all over again! - AAnthony Smith14/12/2022The perfect day...The perfect day...What you want from a venue is someone who can roll with the issues and sort them out without and fuss or drama along with obviously being a great venue. Our tables \ linen didn't turn up but Victoria Warehouse just sorted it out and only told us once they had fixed it - perfect. And to top it off, I'm fairly certain it looked better than we had planned :-D The staff were lovely and really looked after us, sorted out things in the background and never let anything become an issue or a stress for either of us. The food was perfect. Whether it was going through the schedule with us, reminding us of some smaller details that may have slipped our minds, or just keeping us calm at the nervous moments of the day. The space was fantastic with great utilisation of space and efficiency of turning the room around for the different parts of the day and evening. Couldn’t fault a single member of staff, the service was great and the food was perfect, leaving most guests having had just the right amount of food to fill them up whilst not over indulging and the quality of the food was amazing. We had the chance for a tasting evening prior to the event to pick our menu and no expense was spared for that, yet somehow they managed to take the quality one step further on the day! Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
No two weddings are the same but we've seen some pretty amazingly themed weddings from an Alice in Wonderland to and a Harry Potter wedding.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Research. We would recommend that all our couples take the time out to research thoroughly from the venues to the vendors and suppliers, right down to the littlest details. Double check the prices for everything and get clear confirmation of the arrangements they are making rather than assuming an arrangement has been made.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
The human touch.
Some of the weddings we've seen have really told the journey of the couple and have been quite intimate. That humanistic approach really made us savour the day as it was and the story being told through couple.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We have a variety of favoured spots here at the warehouse from the photos taken at the front of the warehouse, the special moment on the aisle in The Bays. But our current favourite would be the pictures taken at the back of the warehouse by the canal.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We have welcomed the likes of Alan Carr, Melanie C and Tim Minchin.
What’s your favourite canapé?
Our Compressed Melon with Mojito Syrup is pretty special!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Loaded Fries Station with a variety of toppings including; beef chilli, pulled pork and vegetable chilli. Served with a variety of sauces.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The original industrial features such as the old railway tracks and the yellow markings in The Bays venue space.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
The great feedback that we receive after the weddings that take place here.
