We would just like to say from the bottom of our hearts Thankyou to Colshaw for giving us the most perfect beautiful day we could ever have wished for. From start to finish it was absolutely unbelievable. All the staff go above & beyond & we really cannot Thank them all enough! So many guests have said it is hands down the best wedding they have ever been to & couldn’t stop commenting on how breathtaking the venue is. We are both so sad it is over but the memories will stay with us for life. From the minute we booked nothing was ever too much trouble for them, They really are the best team ever & I would recommend the venue & staff to EVERYONE!!!

Colshaw Hall was the very first wedding venue that we went to visit. From then on no other venue could compare to it. It was the most beautiful venue. From start to finish the team at Colshaw Hall were so accommodating, friendly, helpful and professional they really do have a great team and you can tell they all really enjoy working there. Special thankyous to Sarah and Kirsty for making our stay so lovely and for all your work on the morning of the wedding and throughout the day to ensure that everything ran so smoothly. Special shout out to Tracy too who was always so friendly and helpful when we came to visit the venue and always loved having a good chat to us. Also to Shelley and the team who was always able to answer my many questions and queries that i had on a daily basis. The venue is absolutely spectacular and the new view in the ceremony room is just breathtaking, it is definitely worth a visit for anyone who is planning their wedding. If you’re on a tight budget it may not be for you but trust us that it’s worth every penny. We wish we could live the whole experience all over again and are sad that it is over but we will cherish those special memories forever.

Couldn’t have asked for more really. From the moment we began planning Colshaw made everything incredibly easy. The venue is superb, the service brilliant, the hosting and support on the day second to none, and the attention to detail was perfect. The hunters and bridal lodges we stayed in were exactly what we needed the night before, Den next to the ceremony was stocked with drinks for the guys, tv, ping pong and tv had all music services on there. Grounds were brilliant for pictures, outdoor bar for the sunny evening before and after food and access excellent for those who needed wheelchair support. Our day went without a hitch and we would highly recommend Colshaw.

We had the most incredible two day stay at this gorgeous venue, and a phenomenal wedding, and we are all over the moon. From our first visit to look around when we were stunned by the house, the grounds, the reception and Peel Suite; through to all their patience and help with the planning, all the way up to our pre-wedding stay in the gorgeous Bridal Lodge; then to the day itself when we were looked after so beautifully by Kirsty, the stunning ceremony taking place before the incredible new window and waterfall; the outdoor reception in the sunshine and the great party, and our overnight stay in the luxurious bedrooms and our delicious breakfast the next day….genuinely we can’t thank Colshaw enough. Shelley, our main contact, was fantastic throughout all the planning period and every single member of staff we met was so cheerful, friendly and helpful. We have had the best experience and memories that we will treasure for a life time. Thank you, Colshaw Hall ❤️❤️❤️

Colshaw Hall is the perfect venue! Our wedding was more than we could’ve dreamed off. From the moment we went to have a look around, the staff were all incredible…helping with the planning, making us feel so at ease and looking after us so amazingly on our wedding day. There really is no other venue like Colshaw! Everybody commented on what a beautiful place it is and just what an amazing team they are. We really cannot thank the staff enough!

Our dream wedding venue with excellent staff, communication and beautiful decor and surroundings. Nothing was too much trouble as we planned our dream wedding. A big thanks to all the office, cleaning and grounds staff for making things possible and to David Irlam for giving us the initial tour of his once special family home. A big thanks to Kirsty (aka fairy godmother) who was our wedding co-ordinator for the day. Nothing was too much trouble for Kirsty and she kept us all calm on what was the most nerve-wracking day! A day we wish we could relive over and over again and we look forward to coming back to visit in the future!

We received the best service from all the staff at Colshaw Hall from the minute we booked the venue, right up until the day after our wedding reception. All the staff went above and beyond to help make our day run smoothly and ensure that we did not have to think about a thing. The most stunning venue, the absolute best facilities, and we would recommend Colshaw Hall to anybody and everybody! What a venue Colshaw hall is! 16 months ago we came to look around Colshaw hall. We were met with such a warm welcome from the staff and David himself showed us around. After the tour there was no question we wanted to get married here, we didn’t need to look anywhere else this place was perfect. We signed the paperwork there and then. During the 16 months lead up to our wedding the staff were exceptional. Tracey, Shelley, Claire so many to mention were unbelievable. Always on hand to help. They literally bent over backwards for us. We also ordered all our flowers through Graham at floral decor who did the most amazing arrangement in both the chapel and the peel suite. Absolutely stunning! On the day of the wedding our wedding coordinator Sarah and Emma were absolutely fantastic! Even after some hissy fits by myself because we were short of button holes from our supplier, Sarah managed to calm me down and made sure everything was sorted. Unbelievable service! I’d also like to Ian the toast master! What a guy. He put every one at ease and made us so comfortable. A true professional. The night porters also need a special mention. What lovely gentleman. To summarise, if you’re looking for a venue for your wedding look no further than Colshaw hall. The grounds, the staff the location are perfect.
