Hi Georgia, The wedding went so well, from start to finish we loved every minute! You were an amazing organiser and made the whole process so lovely for us, thank you so much for that!

We chose Oddfellows on the Park because we wanted a more intimate ceremony in a venue that wouldn't feel oversized or overly commercialised. What we got was the most amazing personal experience beyond our expectations and a day we will never forget. The whole team, from our initial enquiry right through to departing the day after our wedding itself were fabulous. Everyone was friendly, took time to understand us and our guests (including our teenage children) and went out of their way to ensure nothing was below the high expectations they have of themselves. Service was impeccable, food was to die for, and the venue itself was spotless. We cannot fault Ansah, Liam, Jade or any other member of the team for their attention to detail and care. Thank you xx

Hi Ansah, We had the BEST day! There were a few things that needed changing on the day but Liam, Jade and the team were so amazing! We were completely relaxed and enjoyed the entire day, honestly so many of our guests commented on how amazing the venue and food were - on top of this loads of people said how amazing Liam was with any last minute changes or help that people needed, so please pass on our thanks to the entire team! Liam was fantastic with my Dad and made sure he was included in everything…it really made the day! Also, your help from day one was brilliant, every detail was catered for, so thank you!

Just wow! Oddfellows On The Park is the PERFECT wedding venue. I cannot recommend it more highly. My husband Andy & I organised our wedding all the way from Australia & the communication could not have been more brilliant or seamless - thank you Georgia & Victoria. They were fantastic to meet with via zoom & in person. A huge shout out to the team who were amazing, especially Liam who dealt with my last minute challenges, changes (& meltdown 😂) with grace, empathy & pure magnificence. Many thanks also to Jade who hosted the afternoon & evening events so professionally & attentively. Nothing was ever too much. Nothing was ever a problem. The venue itself is just devine & if you can hire it exclusively do so! The Victorian features with modern quirks is just unbeatable & you will not regret it. So many great photo opportunities too. Thank you all for creating such a welcoming atmosphere & amazing day for Andy, myself, our families, friends & guests. Xx.

From the moment at check-in, to checkout, we were made to feel at home and no stone left unturned with regards to our welfare and comfort. The staff are like a family team, taking such an interest in our family wedding and ensuring everything ran smoothly, which it did, seamlessly I cannot thank them enough for going out of their way to cater for us, ensure the rooms were immaculate with a beautiful view too. I would like to give a special mention to Victoria and Jade and the lady who greeted and checked us in at reception (apologies I can't remember her name, but it was 1 &2 September 2022) These three particularly were so professional in their care and overseeing the event to ensure everything was in place. I cannot fault a single thing, all the staff whose names I don't know, were at all times friendly and helpful. Now all I need is an excuse to come back to stay. Gorgeous venue, fabulous bed to sleep in and the cuisine was delicious and beautifully presented. Jade was a godsend in helping me out when I needed to dissemble the wedding cake, which in itself is stressful and she took all that stress away. Victoria even wore the colours of the wedding theme, what a lovely added touch, making it that much more personal. The gentlemen on the catering side both during the event and breakfast the next day looked after us so well. They knew where the left over cakes were, which had been carefully boxed and chilled. We had a small intimate wedding at Oddfellows on the Park in September 2022. The staff were amazing & worked tirelessly to ensure everything was perfect. A big shout out to Georgia who was our Wedding Planner & Liam who was our events manager on the day - both were amazing & no question or query seemed too much. Food, drinks, breakfast, rooms were all impeccable. Could not recommend enough BIG THANK YOU x

If you’re in the decision making process of deciding where to have your wedding, make sure Oddfellows On The Park is on your shortlist! We had a totally stress free period leading up to the wedding thanks to the dedication and attention to every little detail by Liam, Ansah and the events team. You could tell how excited the team were to be holding our wedding and the pride that they all had in making the room look stunning both for the reception and wedding breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and every time we spoke or visited, Tracy, Hannah & Claire from the reception team and all the hotel staff made it feel so personal. Helio the general manager, has selected a great set of individuals as part of his team who make every stay memorable. Co-ordination of timings and the order of the day was perfect and we had such a fun, enjoyable day, with even some of the hotel staff (Jade, Skye & Natasha) getting involved and having a dance with us in the evening. I’ve not even mentioned the food yet but guess what, yet again, it was perfect. Each and every guests course was mouthwatering, hot and perfectly cooked. Not many places can get something so right when catering for a large number of people all at once but Paul, the Head Chef and his team nailed it. After the wedding, we stayed an extra night to relax and enjoy our first day as a married couple - best decision ever! Again, it was so relaxing enjoying cocktails from the bar, with impeccable service from Hendrik and savouring more of the delicious food from the restaurant both at lunch and dinner, overseen by Tracy, Ryan & Katy. Little touches like Jade bringing us up some wedding cake and ice cream to our room mid afternoon are the little things that you don’t get unless you’ve got a team of people who love their job. If you want an amazingly decorated, uniquely styled wedding venue in a great location, check out Oddfellows and you too will be left with happy memories forever of your day. Catherine hutchinson wrote a review Jun 2022 6 contributions Laura and Ian’s perfect wedding Well what can I say but wow wow wow As Oddfellows was once my father’s family home it was a natural choice for my daughter Laura and her fiancé Ian to hold their wedding at this beautiful and meaningful venue. From our arrival on Friday to our departure on Sunday everything was perfect. The wedding day itself was fantastic and the wedding coordinators Ansa and Liam had everything under control and made sure everything went according to plan. Oddfellows on the Park offers a beautiful venue, beautiful food and fantastic service, everyone was so attentive. The rooms are quirky and individual with the highest quality fixtures and fittings something my dad loved about the conversion. My utmost thanks to Oddfellows general manager Helio Correia who made the day extra special for my family. Sadly my father past away in 2018 but he was definitely with us in spirit, Oddfellows staff made sure of that! Thank you all again for a fantastic and memorable occasion a great place to consider for your wedding or any event for that matter. Also if you visit Oddfellows and you are interested in it’s history they have two books about Bruntwood Hall ( it’s previous name) available at reception one is written by my dad but both are very interesting.
