Hotel du Vin & Bistro Brighton

We just wanted to let you know we had an amazing day , everyone at Hotel Du Vin did us proud. You have been easy to communicate with right from the start and that continued on the day, nothing seemed to much trouble and everything ran smoothly. The Service, the food the efficiency was all to a very high standard! We would like to say a special thanks to Katherine and Agata who were really amazing on the day.

We had a great day! With only 72 hours to get everything arranged we couldn't have asked for more, the team were fantastic. Please pass on our thanks!

We just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything you did in arranging our wedding. We had an amazing day, everything went completely to plan and Desi and her team were fantastic. We have had several comments from our guests about how well it all went and so we wanted to pass that on. Thank you again, we had a wonderful day that we will remember forever!

We had the most perfect day, and a huge part of that was down to the Hotel du Vin. We were so well looked after on the day by the staff, but also had great support from you and the staff we met in advance of our big day for the tasting. The room was great, the food delicious and the wine and champagne were lovely. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and would definitely consider the Hotel du Vin for future events and would recommend you to friends and family.

I just like to congratulate your team for a job well done! Everyone enjoyed the food. The venue was spacious and the hotel itself is very aesthetic. The staff accommodated us very well and gave us a magnificent service much better than what I expected. Me and my husband are both general managers of a food industry and so are the majority of the guests that attended the wedding all commented on the service. The whole day was really amazing! The food was excellent, and the layout was perfect. The space was just right for us and was very intimate. The service was excellent and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks again for everything!

Suffice to say it was fantastic and the service from yourself and the team in advance was great - understanding of our needs and flexible with arrangements. On the day Owen and the team were great and the food and service was superb.

Holding our reception with Du Vin Brighton was the right decision for us. The venue, staff and ambience was exactly what we were looking for. You all looked after us very well.
