The day was so lovely, I cannot put in to words how brilliant Agata was, how friendly the reception team were and how accommodating and complimentary everyone was. The food was amazing, I think quite a lot was left, purely just down to people being full. Please pass on my biggest thanks to Agata and yourself for bringing this all together. Thanks again, I wish I could do it all over again Thank you so much! We had an amazing day, everything went completely to plan and Desi and her team were fantastic. We have had several comments from our guests about how well it all went and so we wanted to pass that on. The wedding coordinator (Dewi) was amazing from the outset, so much good advice and made the whole process feel much less stressful than I thought it would be. The staff throughout the entire day were amazing, so professional but friendly too. The food on the day was exactly as it had been at the taster session, which was exceptionally good. The location meant that we could get some very good 'Brighton' photos along the street and the seafront. The Dome room is such a great room for a reception due to it's impressive glass roof and of course the chandelier. The other parts of the hotel which were available for us and guests to use were also very nice. The roof terrace and bar area upstairs were lovely to use in between the turnaround from food to disco. All round it's a perfect venue for a wedding, I am very glad we came to see you and that it all went so smoothly on the day, no rain either! Thanks again Dewi and the team for your excellent work! From the moment we arrived at the Hotel we were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff there. We had spent months planning our big day with the amazing Dewi and boy did he deliver. Every single detail was perfect and his advice on everything was just spot on, from the celebration itself to the rooms our family stayed in. He was there on the morning of our wedding to oversee the dressing of the room etc and made sure that even the tiniest of things were checked so there really was nothing for us to stress about at all. He even took the time to come and see us as we celebrated to make sure we were happy with everything. Honestly we cannot praise him or thank him enough! The Ridgeview Room that we booked for our reception was just perfect and it looked so fabulous when it had been dressed for the day. The food was plentiful and delicious and our guests are still raving about it! Special mention must be made of Georgios the Bistro Manager who oversaw our tasting session and helped us the make all the right decisions about the wines and champagne. He is so friendly and knowledgeable and was also on hand on the day helping out and making sure we were happy. The Seaview suite that we stayed in was just stunning with twin baths, fabulous bathroom and massive comfortable bed that we really didn't want to get out of at all! It even boasts a telescope so that we were able to really take in the beautiful views. Every single member of staff that looked after us for the two days we spent at the hotel made us and our guests feel like we were the only people that mattered and as mentioned before just couldn't do enough for us. We would like to personally thank Maddie, Ellie and Diego on reception, Zoe who was at both the main bar and behind the bar in the Ridgeview room for our reception celebration, John and Oweu (Hope that's spelled correctly) who were waiting on us so attentively in the Ridgeview. We apologise to anyone else we may have missed but please know that without you all we wouldn't have had such a perfect experience. We will see you all on our anniversary! Hotel du Vin staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect and stress free! The food, drinks, atmosphere and rooms were all wonderful. The private room for the reception was perfect for our wedding. The service was impeccable, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We would highly recommend staying here! A special thanks to Dewi and Kremena for helping us arrange the wedding celebrations. We got married in the Dome room in October this year and it was the best day of our lives! Also a big shout out to John from the catering team who was so lovely and kind to our guests and made us feel very looked after - thank you!
