Whether it is a grand affair, a civil partnership, a small family gathering, or intimate civil ceremony, we will be honoured to host your celebration in our enchanting hotel. Every Glen Mhor wedding is like no other. We want your day to be unique and special which is why all our packages are created bespoke, with you in mind. Our experienced Wedding specialists have a deep understanding of contemporary tastes and are equally well versed in Scottish traditions, and our aim is to create memories, through personalised, friendly and intuitive service. You will have your own dedicated planner to assist you all the way in the organisation of your special day, covering everything from chairs to centrepieces to menus. Following the days celebrations you can retire to the individually designed bedrooms available in the hotel. Rooms include riverside views and modern comforts, ensuring your stay is a relaxing and comfortable escape. We were married at the Glen Mhor on the 13th of June 2024, and everything about the day exceeded our expectations. The setting was beautiful, the room was perfect, and the food and service were outstanding, creating the ideal atmosphere for our wedding reception. Our guests had a fantastic evening, and we’ve had so many compliments since. I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to you and the entire team for making both our wedding day and our first anniversary so special. We were married at the Glen Mhor on the 13th of June 2024, and everything about the day exceeded our expectations. The setting was beautiful, the room was perfect, and the food and service were outstanding, creating the ideal atmosphere for our wedding reception. Our guests had a fantastic evening, and we’ve had so many compliments since.

The venue on the day was well decorated and presented with great attention to detail, thanks to Jill and her team. She was lovely. On the run up to the wedding we were looked after and guided so well by Harley who again showed great attention to detail and always made sure we were happy with everything. Can't recommend the Waterside at the Glen Mhor hotel highly enough. From the moment we walked in for our first meeting, through all time experience was perfect. The setting was elegant, and warm – exactly the atmosphere we wanted. The staff went above and beyond. They were incredibly attentive without being overbearing and ensured that every guest felt taken care of. We didn’t have to worry about at all. Food was Absolutely so good. Every dish, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main courses and dessert, was a hit with our guests. We received compliment after compliment on the quality and flavor of the food. Contact with restaurant was absolutely brilliant. They were answering quick and didn’t leave me with anything what was not explained. They’ve done everything exactly what I asked. Between meetings and the actual day it all was so smooth , we couldn't of asked for better staff.. on our wedding day it was like they were are friends too, it was just magical. The food was outstanding we got 5 stars from our guests to pass onto the hotel regarding such tasty meals . Evening staff throughout the reception were so helpful, we actually had one waitress who was giving our daughter little waitresing jobs to allow our first dance, this was so special and a memory we will never forget. The honeymoon suite was right onto the water front, beautiful inside. Would highly recommend choosing the Glen mhor for your luxury wedding venue, such amazing package offers and very very understanding of any situations. Thanks again for making our day so special , I would do it all over again. We got married at the waterside hotel for our ceremony and then into the Glen mhor Hotel for our reception. The Glen Mhor Hotel offered everything we wanted especially to be married outside! At a price that couldn't be argued. Unfortunately covid 19 struck throughout the staff checked in regularly with us and we where one off the lucky few to keep our original day! Hayley and Mhairi made sure our day went exactly as we had hoped from dietary requirements to nervous bridesmaids regularly checking in that we didn't require anything. They made our day extra special. My husband and I booked our wedding before the pandemic. The Glen Mhor Hotel offered everything we wanted especially to be married outside! At a price that couldn't be argued. Unfortunately covid 19 struck throughout the staff checked in regularly with us and we where one off the lucky few to keep our original day!
