Whether you are planning an intimate civil ceremony, or a more lavish, opulent reception, Winters Barns offers versatile function rooms to accommodate all your requirements.
The L-shaped barns, with the ceremony room at one end and the reception room at the other, mean that you can enjoy a wedding at the venue whatever the weather. The ceremony room and wedding breakfast barn both seat up to 150 guests, while the whole area can hold up to 225 for an evening reception.
After the ceremony, while you are enjoying your drinks reception, we will clear the ceremony room to make way for the couple’s first dance and the party can really get started!
We believe a wedding should remain completely private and we limit ourselves to one wedding each day. You can be assured of getting our personal and individual attention without any distractions.

Everyone was so helpful but not intrusive. Lizzie really helped me in the morning by doing a run through with me and she popped in throughout to make sure there was nothing we needed. I was so calm and able to enjoy it all because of her support. We have just received our photos back and all the photos are incredible because of the wonderful setting. Although it sounds cliche - i wish we could do it all over againThe day was seamless for us. We honestly could not have asked for more. Everyone was so helpful but not intrusive. It had lots of character, was cosy and we loved the outdoor courtyard area. Really enjoyed all the food provided. Had lots of compliments on the day about the food as well about how good it was. We were lucky enough to have Sienna Miller as a guest at a Wedding once. She was very down to earth and low profile.

All our canapés are delicious, but our favourite one is Risotto Balls with a pesto dip
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
We will never say no to a slice of delicious wedding cake at the end of the night!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Stunning grounds with beautiful fairy lights, which illuminate the courtyard and the bridge over the pond. All are perfect for evening photographs
