Supported us from beginning to end listening to all our wants and needs. Nothing was ever to much and it really felt as though the staff made our special day even more special. All of our guests kept saying how amazing the staff were we honestly couldn’t have been happier. From the day we looked around the venue throughout the entire process was just incredible. Not only is the venue outstanding but the staff were also absolutely amazing. Supported us from beginning to end listening to all our wants and needs. Nothing was ever to much and it really felt as though the staff made our special day even more special. All of our guests kept saying how amazing the staff were we honestly couldn’t have been happier. From the day we looked around the venue throughout the entire process was just incredible.

The moment we walked into Westerham, we instantly knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. From our first viewing to planning to food tasting to all the meetings all the way to our wedding day, they’ve been amazing and really helpful. Special shout out to Lucy, she helped us with all the planning, numerous calls and emails but she has always been so patient and very understanding of our situation. We only had less than 5 months to plan our day and I can say WGC team definitely made it a lot easier! Thank you so much we had such an amazing time and definitely unforgettable! Most importantly, the food is so delicious, all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed everything including the drinks and canapes. All the food went out so quickly as well! It was the most perfect day, the venue is gorgeous and the barn style wooden beams paired with the huge windows was exactly what we were looking for. Are there any hidden costs we should know about?
None! Our pricing is as advertised with upgrades available - we have packages available to personalise it to your day, whether you want decor, any upgraded menus or even adding on some child meals! We can give you a quote to make sure you know the exact amount your day will come to.
How far in advance can we book the venue?
We have our pricing available from 2026 - 2028! Best to secure in that date as soon as possible!
What is the deposit required and payment breakdown?
When you proceed with booking us as your venue, a £1000 deposit is required to secure the booking. Then your instalments depending when your wedding is, are normally 12, 6 and 3 months before the wedding day!
Can we bring our own suppliers?
We have a list of recommended suppliers that we have worked with over the years, but you are more than welcome to bring in someone externally!
Our in house packages have the option to have without the built in DJ and décor company, so you do it yourself or bring in another company.
Our Dry Hire option allows our couples to hire our beautiful wedding space but have the flexibility of sourcing their own caterers.
What time does the reception end?
Sundays - Thursdays: Bar and music at 12am and carriages at 12.30am
Fridays & Saturdays: Bar and music at 12.30am and carriages at 1am
Is the venue available for exclusive use?
Unlike many golf clubs, we here a Westerham offers true privacy for your wedding day, with a private entrance for your guests and a dedicated upper level that feels completely separate from the course below. This includes your own bar and toilets
Do you have onsite accommodation?
Whilst we do not have any accommodation or get ready room available on site, we have plenty of local hotels within a 5-15 minute drive away!
With two hotels being less than a 5 minutes drive away based on Westerham high street!
Is the venue accessible for disabled guests?
Yes! We are all on one floor so no steps required
Do you cater for dietary requirements (vegan, halal, gluten free etc)?
We do, our menu includes vegan options and all meals are adaptable to cover any dietary requirements
How do we check availability and do you offer temporary holds?

We can pop a date on hold for a week from the initial viewing, then when you want to proceed the deposit of £1,000 secures your booking!
Us events managers are there to help you every step of the way, whether that's helping you secure suppliers or book your civil ceremony.
