From the day we viewed the venue until the end of our wedding everyone was so lovely/helpful/kind etc! We were never a bother with all of our questions and made to feel special! The experience was great from the initial consultations right through to the end. Zoe has been an absolute star in arranging everything exactly as we wanted it. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Everyone loved the food and the venue. This is just one of our favourite parts of Manchester with the beautiful old canals... The Brindley room looked stunning, as did The Merchant Room. The service by the waiters with the food was amazing and we have received endless comments about how beautiful the food and wine was. They spoke to guests by name and when they brought their dishes out which everyone loved. Thank you for doing the memory ladder so beautifully. It meant the world to our families. We really appreciate the effort you put into our day and everything looked beautiful. The Brindley room looked stunning, as did The Merchant Room. We had our ceremony in the beautiful Brindley, it looked simply stunning with our colourful flowers against the cool exposed brick. Our reception drinks followed in the Gallery & we had our reception in the fabulous Merchant room which is the PERFECT space for a party! All our guests raved about our day, particularly the food which at least 20 guests contacted us after! My only advice would be to... book here!We had the most amazing wedding, I simply cannot recommend this venue highly enough! We had so many compliments and everyone had the best time. The team worked really hard and Ellie our co-ordinator was on hand to help with any questions throughout every stage of the planning process. The room looked great, you were all very accommodating letting us set up in the day and cutting up our cake into tubs.
