Two stunning indoor spaces plus an exquisite garden are available to suit every requirement. Rooms can be dressed to any taste or theme. We can cater for up to 250 guests seated. Trust us to make your special day truly memorable, set in the exquisite surroundings of the centre. We have private parking on grounds for up to 30 cars. Your Wedding Ceremony The venue holds a marriage licence so your ceremony and reception can be held in one place. The separate Registry Room can be used for final preparations prior to the ceremony as well as for the signing of the register. Exclusive hire is guaranteed no matter how many guests you have, and the choice of two beautiful rooms means that any style and size reception will be perfectly accommodated.

An amazing venue!An amazing venue!
This is an amazing venue that we booked for my brother in-laws wedding. Allan ensured all the guests were ok and was happy to go above and beyond to ensure it was a special day for us. My wife and I hired Edgar Wood for our wedding reception after stumbling upon it on Google and loving the quirky architecture and versatile space. Rosie was incredibly helpful in helping us organise everything, and Sue, Steve, and the team at Chapman Holmes catering did a superb job of serving us and our guests throughout the evening. We would highly recommend it to other couples looking for a venue.My wife and I hired Edgar Wood for our wedding reception after stumbling upon it on Google and loving the quirky architecture and versatile space. We want to thank the staff at Edgar Wood for being such an amazing part of our wedding day. We were very impressed with the service we received & the building is just incredible. Our guests keep talking about how amazing & beautiful the venue is. Mine & my husbands families are born & raised in Manchester, but we never new this hidden gem existed until searching for wedding venues. The grounds are beautiful & there is so much space inside. Thank you for everything, we had the most amazing day!We want to thank the staff at Edgar Wood for being such an amazing part of our wedding day. We were very impressed with the service we received & the building is just incredible. Our guests keep talking about how amazing & beautiful the venue is. The grounds offer a beautiful backdrop for stunning pictures - I absolutely love working weddings here. Had a wonderful Valentines evening here for the Candlelight: Valentine's Day event with FEVER, the violinist and pianist playing that night were brilliant and sounded great , got some great pics too with the candles layout they did, the atmosphere was perfect for the occasion and really helped you focus soley on the music being played.
