Licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, Edenwood Place offers four stunning spaces to say “I do.” Choose from an outdoor ceremony at the romantic Pergola or Viewpoint Terrace, or go indoors in the chic Sun Room or Edenwood Room. The venue accommodates up to 100 day guests and 230 evening guests, with flexibility for full-day weddings, twilight celebrations, or reception-only bookings.
The venue is packed with features that make every moment photo-worthy, from the dedicated “Something Blue Room” for getting ready and reveal shots, to a statement botanical prosecco wall, firepits, a Summer House, and a Terrace Tiki Bar. Edenwood Place makes catering easy, offering five recommended caterers and the option to bring in your own (T&Cs apply).

Space: You’ll have exclusive use of Edenwood Place events venue. Your choice of four licensed ceremony areas, outdoor & indoor bars, function space and terraces. A late license is available until 1am. Make the most of golden hour with our brand-new Sunroom’s retracting roof!
Ceremony Options: Choose from four beautiful ceremony spaces at Edenwood Place. Two indoor & two outdoor locations provide enchanting spaces for you to say “I do” whatever the weather.
Drinks: The venue hire includes the Edenwood bar opened & fully staffed. Choose from our selection of drinks packages, open a bar tab or offer your guests drinks vouchers.

Honestly it such a beautiful little gem of a venue hidden away and got the most beautiful view of the valley on clear day. The staffs honestly they are amazing very helpful and always ask you if you’re ok and if you need anything. Very down to earth. Very clean place and very well look after. Don’t be shy to go in and asked any questions. They will make you feel at ease. Our wedding is such a beautiful day very happy to have our wedding there at the venue and the view was outstanding. Most of all for welcoming my hearing dog for the deaf welcome. Thanks ever so much Edenwood for making our wedding day come true. Edenwood venue is the best place to get married, engage or a party. The views took our breath away, and having the whole place to ourselves made the day feel so personal and relaxed. The team were amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, always quick to respond to us and they made everything feel easy and stress-free. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the setting was, how delicious the food tasted, and how smoothly everything ran. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience!!We recently got married at Edenwood Place & we can't recommend this place enough! We didn't want the full on wedding day, we just wanted ceremony & a big party to celebrate with everyone and that's exactly what Edenwood allowed us to do. We had flexibility to do what we wanted and the venue team were so helpful & supportive. So glad we found this place! Not many of our guests had heard of Edenwood before we hosted here and they were blown away by the decor and space this place has! It was the perfect place for us to host as we needed a large space for 190 guests, the staff were fantastic keeping up with serving drinks from the bar, always with a smile and friendly manor. We also used there recommended supplier - Smokehouse BBQ. The food was unbelievable, nothing was wasted and it went down a treat! Added bonus that our party didn’t have to end until 2AM! And lots of us were still on the dance floor until the very end! Thankyou again, we will definitely host here again if something allows us too in the future! Staff were down to earth and genuinely made it so much easier to plan and enjoy on the day. We wanted a less formal reception, more relaxed just to celebrate with our loved ones, but also wanted it to be in a 'nice' venue, without the extortionate price tag - this is exactly was Edenwood provided. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
There isn't one in particular that stands out as the best, but what we will say, is that the ones where the couple & the guests seem most happy & relaxed are when everything happens in one place; i.e. the ceremony & the reception. It means the couple & the guests arrive at the venue & can relax & enjoy themselves, rather than having to worry about finding transport & getting to each place on time. Other than that, weddings that have a fun element such as a photobooth, games or when the couple bring their pets along for a special appearance is always a hit!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
One thing we would recommend the most is to view venues, meet with the wedding planners & suppliers in person as it is super important that you trust & get on with the people that will be helping you with one of the most important days of your lives! A venue may look nice but if they do not have the experience & service to go with it, then it is likely that it will cause you more stress in the long run. Weddings are a lot to organise & you need the best team around you for the task ahead and peace of mind that you wedding day will be the most enjoyable day.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
The groom arranged a surprise for the bride on the wedding day - he knew that his future wife would have loved to have their dog walk her down the aisle on the day. He secretly arranged for their dog to be bought to the venue and was handed to her just before she walked down the aisle. The complete surprise on her face & tears of pure love & joy were so heart warming, it made us staff cry too!

What is your venue's most unique feature?
This has got to be the Venuepoint Terrace, hands down! The view over the North Downs is breathtaking and it's such a great backdrop for photos, especially at sunset! This area is also licensed for ceremonies and is a fantastic space for you & your guests to sip bubbly & dance to your favourite tunes with a view!
