Licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, Edenwood Place offers four stunning spaces to say “I do.” Choose from an outdoor ceremony at the romantic Pergola or Viewpoint Terrace, or go indoors in the chic Sun Room or Edenwood Room. The venue accommodates up to 100 day guests and 230 evening guests, with flexibility for full-day weddings, twilight celebrations, or reception-only bookings.
The venue is packed with features that make every moment photo-worthy, from the dedicated “Something Blue Room” for getting ready and reveal shots, to a statement botanical prosecco wall, firepits, a Summer House, and a Terrace Tiki Bar. There isn't one in particular that stands out as the best, but what we will say, is that the ones where the couple & the guests seem most happy & relaxed are when everything happens in one place; i.e. the ceremony & the reception. It means the couple & the guests arrive at the venue & can relax & enjoy themselves, rather than having to worry about finding transport & getting to each place on time. Other than that, weddings that have a fun element such as a photobooth, games or when the couple bring their pets along for a special appearance is always a hit!
One thing we would recommend the most is to view venues, meet with the wedding planners & suppliers in person as it is super important that you trust & get on with the people that will be helping you with one of the most important days of your lives! A venue may look nice but if they do not have the experience & service to go with it, then it is likely that it will cause you more stress in the long run. Weddings are a lot to organise & you need the best team around you for the task ahead and peace of mind that you wedding day will be the most enjoyable day.
The groom arranged a surprise for the bride on the wedding day - he knew that his future wife would have loved to have their dog walk her down the aisle on the day. He secretly arranged for their dog to be bought to the venue and was handed to her just before she walked down the aisle. The complete surprise on her face & tears of pure love & joy were so heart warming, it made us staff cry too!

This has got to be the Venuepoint Terrace, hands down! The view over the North Downs is breathtaking and it's such a great backdrop for photos, especially at sunset! This area is also licensed for ceremonies and is a fantastic space for you & your guests to sip bubbly & dance to your favourite tunes with a view!
