Aimee… you are truly one of a kind! You organised the most perfect wedding day for us — honestly, it was everything we dreamed of and more. From the very beginning, you went above and beyond, liaising with all of our vendors — the florist, the cake maker, the DJ, the jazz singer, our LOVE letter guy — the list goes on. You made sure every single detail was covered, and because of that, the day ran so smoothly. We’ll forever be grateful to you for how special you made it all feel. Our wedding was a beautiful fusion of cultures — my side of the family is Jamaican, my husband’s side is Greek, and with myself and my parents having grown up in the UK, it was so important to us that the day reflected that blend. Aimee made that vision a reality in the most magical way. She even worked with the chef to give us a Jamaican-style evening meal of jerk chicken and chips (which isn’t normally on the menu!) and made it so easy for us to play traditional Greek music during dinner by setting everything up from a playlist we made. It was perfect. We were working with a tight budget, but Aimee never once made us feel like we had to compromise on our vision. She was kind, caring, creative, and super understanding. We ordered a lot of our décor online and made many of the details ourselves — from a DIY flower arch to a custom sweetheart cart, homemade shortbread favours, and little baskets filled with flip flops, glow sticks, sunglasses and sparklers. We even brought our own guest book, sweets, gold chair decorations and centrepieces… and Aimee worked her magic with it all. The space looked absolutely incredible. She made it look high-end, polished, and just so us. One of the most touching things Aimee did was help us honour my uncle, who we’d recently lost. She gently suggested a memorial table, and we brought a few photos, a plaque and a sign — and she made it look so beautiful and full of love. I’ll never forget that. There were so many thoughtful details throughout the day — she helped us organise a confetti entrance, coordinated with our jazz singer and DJ throughout the day and evening, and even helped our photographer set up his photobooth in the perfect spot. I have allergies to most alcohol, and she made sure I still had a posh arrival and toast drink in a Prosecco glass (Appletiser, of course 😂). She also arranged for the bar to stock Grey Goose just for me — something I can drink without being ill. She really left no stone unturned. And when fireworks weren’t allowed, Aimee suggested a sparkler exit instead — something we’ll never forget! She provided everything we needed to make it safe and magical. She took the timeline I had in my head and somehow made it all flow seamlessly… from start to finish, the day was flawless. The entire team at Aubrey Park — from the waiting staff to management — made us feel so special. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our guests had a great time. The red carpet, the light-up dancefloor, the sparkly backdrop… it all added to that magical feeling. We were even given a private moment to view the reception space before the guests came in — such a thoughtful touch. The honeymoon suite was lovely too — Aimee, you thought of everything. Our team loves seeing all the creative table theming couples bring to their weddings. One of our favourite personal touches is when couples name their tables after the places they’ve been on dates or shared special memories. It’s such a lovely way for guests to share in their story and makes the celebration feel truly personal.

One of our most unique features is that we’re dog-friendly! We love when couples include their furry friends in their special day — whether that’s walking down the aisle, joining photos, or just being part of the celebration.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We’re most proud of our beautiful six-acre meadow, which is the perfect spot for watching the sunset on summer evenings. It’s such a peaceful, romantic setting — and an absolute dream for those golden hour photos.
