Offley Place is where the past and the present come together in perfect harmony. This 17th Century Manor House has been lovingly restored to its former glory to create the perfect location for any wedding day. The traditional, grand features and charm of the original Manor House are elegantly complemented with the newer additions of The Conservatory and the magnificent Hester Ballroom. The two new additions echo the classic elegance of the house with a glass structure and impressive chandeliers that offer the perfect setting to dance the night away.
We are a dry hire venue meaning you have freedom to choose each and every one of your suppliers so that you can create a truly unique wedding tailored to your wishes! We have a list of trusted suppliers ranging from food to floral's. We are also pleased to say we can accommodate up to 300 guests for religious wedding ceremonies!
For a religious ceremony we do allow the Havan. We cater to all background and cultures and take pride in ensuring every tradition religious, cultural or personal to the couple is possible.

The building itself is magnificent, the food was spectacular and the staff were all just fabulous! It is based upon an old english estate/manor house, but has been updated with an orangery for the service, and a large function room for the wedding breakfast and reception, both of which are modern in their design, which contrasts well with the original house. There are extensive grounds, plenty of parking as well as several sets of toilets etc (inc disabled)Visited here to attend a family wedding. This venue is so beautiful. I have photographed numerous weddings at Offley and as a photographer always happy to go back. The place has various rooms, the ballroom has plenty of natural light. The grounds allow for an outdoor ceremony. I simply love it. Highly recommend. Staff of course if friendly , helpful and professional.There is no surprise why Offley Place is so popular with weddings and why it became one of the most popular venues for Asian Weddings more recently. It is a wonderful venue with beautiful indoors & outdoors. The Hester ballroom was used for the women & the conservatory, for the men. The beautiful outdoors was also a place for our guests to enjoy the lawn games, ice cream van & wedding illustrations. There were separate prayer facilities & the beautiful rose garden was perfect for photoshoots. The guests really enjoyed the day, many of them admired the venue and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Many said this was the best islamic wedding they’ve ever been to, maintaining the modesty yet enjoying the day. Charlotte was great throughout the process with an excellent knowledge of Pakistani weddings & brilliant communication. She would go an extra mile to accommodate our needs. The location is great, quite close to a busy town yet so peaceful, a real hidden gem. We would forever cherish the beautiful memories made at Offley place & cannot thank Charlotte enough who helped us make this day extra special.We had our son's wedding at Offley place in June 2024. What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
One couple had Llamas! Another had their Jewish Ceremony outside and their Chuppa was stunning completely covered in pink and white roses, we love to see the personal floral colours and final touches for all the weddings that take place here at Offley Place.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The Rose Garden makes for fantastic wedding photos which you can treasure for a lifetime. The grand iron gates into the garden make a great shot. Our gardener tends to the garden to ensure it is looking pristine for prime wedding season.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Yes but privacy is very important to us
What’s your favourite canapé?
We honestly couldn't pick! With different cuisines available from our suppliers list for weddings from cultures all around the world, everything looks so delicious and smells divine! From traditionally 'English' favourites of smoked salmon, herb cream cheese and caviar canapes to the bite-size versions of traditional dishes from Asia, Africa, Western Europe and the Caribbean there really is so much to choose from.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Our bar takes its last orders at 11:30 with carriages at midnight. Our midnight treat to you, is that the bar re-opens for residents only at 12:30. This allows you to relax and unwind in our comfortable lounges with your nearest and dearest after the big day. This gives you the time to reminisce on the amazing day you've just had before retreating to one of our luxury hotel bedrooms.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
We the breathtaking conservatory which has floor to ceiling glass walls. This really helps to bring the outside in, making the whole space double the size. The windows are complemented by the original Red Brick of the Manor House, this is a real focal point of the room. It also has a slight alcove which couples love their florist to dress. The top table looks very impressive sat in front of the brick and makes for wonderful pictures. Even in the more overcast weather this location still looks as amazing as it does the warmer months.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Friendly and professional customer service. We have a team to be proud of, nothing is too much trouble and we will ensure you will have an experience to treasure. We ensure all questions are answered and everything is smooth sailing for the couple. We take pride in our work and complete everything to the highest standard.
