Set in idyllic parkland and framed by a stunning lake backdrop, our beautiful grounds provide the perfect setting for unforgettable photographs and a relaxed drinks reception, with your own private wedding terrace, overlooking these views.
Fully licensed to host civil ceremonies, our modern Fenwick-Ames Suite offers a stylish and versatile space for your celebration. We can accommodate up to 120 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast, and up to 250 guests for an evening reception.
Our wedding packages are thoughtfully tailored to make the most of our exceptional facilities, ensuring your day is exactly as you’ve imagined. From start to finish, our experienced and dedicated wedding coordinators will work closely with you, taking the time to understand what matters most and bringing your vision to life. Holly was incredibly kind and approachable to work with, She remained professional, flexible and accomodating as we planned and made adaptions to our wedding to ensure that she made our dreams came true in which we are truly thankful for! Beautiful Bows delivered our theme marvellously, creating a beautiful, warm and welcoming wedding space! The chefs cooked delcious meals that received so many compliments (We knew we liked it!) but we were absolutely delighted to hear how much people enjoyed the food that was served throughout the day! The Squire Event Company provided our DJ for the the evening who created a fun, light hearted environment, delivering music to peoples tastes to allow everyone a chance on that dance floor! Finally, the Aldwickbury Park staff worked tirelessly on our wedding day and endevoured to deliver an exceptional experience for both ourselves and our guests! We made the most fabulous memories getting married at Aldwickbury Park Golf Club and they will be cherished forever! The staff were attentive, incredibly patience with our questions, and happily walked us through all of our options and decisions. Even the awkward ones like not wanting the swags on the twinkle curtains. They managed them all. On the day, we did not have anything to worry about. Even leading up to it when the anxiety is running high, they calmed us by providing photos of the setup in the morning, so we would not have to worry. Another thing that gets nothing but praise is how they handled the list of dietary requirements. Not a single person was forgotten and there was such attention to detail that even one of our highly sensitive guests had their own attendant to prevent cross contamination. Even with that, all the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone was impressed and hands down the best thing was the Trillionaires Tart. I cannot recommend Aldwickbury enough when you want to plan your wedding reception. I’m extremely picky & was so nervous that my vision expectation wouldn't play out exactly how I envisioned, down to the last perfectly tied bow, but my goodness it was more than I could have ever of imagined. Lisa was our coordinator the whole way through the planning process and was brilliant, we can’t thank her enough for helping to make our day as special as it was. Great food for the meal and buffet, which many of our guests complimented and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive to us throughout our time spent that day Would recommend over and over!We had our wedding reception at Aldwickbury last week and the whole day/evening couldn’t have been any more perfect! From the start they led us by the hand through the whole process and listened to our vision, doing everything within their power to make it a reality. Even when our initial coordinator switched companies close to the date of our wedding, the switch was seamless and we did not have to worry at all! I cannot praise Aldwickbury enough. Especially our coordinator Holly Laird and on the day manager Emma.I cannot praise Aldwickbury enough for hosting our wedding. They did amazingly. What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Collect paint sample cards from somewhere like home base which match your colour scheme perfectly and keep one on you at all time. Then, if you see something you like when out or are flower/bridesmaid dress shopping for example, you will be able to see if it fits within your colour scheme/matches.
Take one task at a time and speak to your wedding coordinator if you ever feel overwhelmed as they will be able to advise you what to focus on next.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
The finger print guest book is a lovely idea as the newly weds have something they can display in their home to remind them of their special day. We also love the idea of adding a memorial chair in ceremonies to allow passed loved ones to be involved in the special day.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The scenic shot with the lake and water fountain in the background as the sun sets or walking down our tree line with your new bride/groom as the wind lifts the veil and flows through your hair.

Filo wrapped king prawns served with chilli sauce or sweet potato falafel served with vegan coriander yogurt

What is your venue's most unique feature?
Along with exclusive hire of the venue space, you also have access to a private terrace which is yours for the day. This terrace is equipped with canopy umbrellas and powerful outside heaters to ensure you and your guests can enjoy the view and fresh air no matter the weather. In the evening, you can keep the vibe going in this area as we have LED lights installed into the umbrellas which we can make to your colour scheme and view the stunning water fountain as it lights up the lake.
