Providing the perfect setting for your wedding or civil partnership, the exquisite grounds and breathtaking architecture inspire romance and anticipation of what’s to come... Our beautiful gazebos in the grounds of the estate are licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 320 guests, including indoor options available. Our wedding venue is unique, and we understand that you will want your day to be unique too. Our knowledgeable team of Wedding Co-ordinators will guide and assist you with your planning to ensure just that, and on the day itself, you will have an experienced manager dedicated to running your wedding so that the day is everything you could have wished for and more. Whether you desire a small, intimate affair or lavish celebration on a grand scale, Shendish Manor has a room to suit. For those that have set their heart on using their own speciality caterer, our contemporary Apsley Suite can be hired on a venue hire only basis and comes with its own kitchen space. We pride ourselves with our long standing relationship with many Kosher, Asian, Greek and Italian caterers within the Home Counties.

A wedding ceremony and reception to remember….A wedding ceremony and reception to remember….
We held our daughter’s wedding here. From start to finish the Hotel’s kindness and attention to detail shone through. The actual day itself went without a fault. Everyone felt that they were actually celebrating at a friend’s house. The catering was excellent and the staff, without exception were professional and friendly. We love working at Shendish Manor! The staff are extremely helpful -always quick with responding to emails and are so so flexible! We know we do not need to hesitate with events here as staff allow us to setup the evening before if the event has an early start and are in general very accommodating. Being able to use multiple function rooms as well as the outdoors allows us to get creative!We love working at Shendish Manor! We had our wedding here at Shendish, it was at short notice due to lockdown but Bryher organised everything meticulously. Good food, lovely location, perfect service. A perfect wedding venue. Cant thank Bryher, Ethan and the team enough for making our special day possible before lock down. Just wanted to say a very big thank you to you and all the team for helping make our wedding a very special day. Thank you for your time and patience helping us through the options available for the day and dealing with our amendments when they arose. The team on the day worked really well and we hardly noticed them going about their work. A Special thanks to Harry for running things on the day along side Ethan and to Dave who kept the guest cheerful whilst serving drinks etc. Please pass on our thanks to everyone who was there working on the day they all did a great job and made everything run very smoothly.Just wanted to say a very big thank you to you and all the team for helping make our wedding a very special day. I honestly have no words we have been floating literally since Saturday. We wanted to say thank you for everything you did for us we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. COVID Fairytale Indian WeddingCOVID Fairytale Indian Wedding
Due to the lockdown we had to reschedule both our Civil and Hindu Wedding ceremonies and Bryher and the team at Shendish Manor made this process stress free and were very flexible. We managed to have our Civil Ceremony in August which was truly magical and will be having the Hindu wedding in a few weeks time and I have no worries as I know Bryher and the team will make sure that I have the best day possible.Due to the lockdown we had to reschedule both our Civil and Hindu Wedding ceremonies and Bryher and the team at Shendish Manor made this process stress free and were very flexible. We had a wonderful day, despite the Covid restrictions and limitations. The staff worked above and beyond our expectations, nothing was too much to ask for. Together we spent a lot of time planning, revising plans and re-planning, right up to the last minute. We constantly reviewed the government regulations to ensure everything was compliant and that both staff and our guests were safe. It was difficult all round navigating through the ever-changing circumstances, but together we worked to achieve a fantastic Wedding Day to remember. My thanks to all the Shendish staff.We had a wonderful day, despite the Covid restrictions and limitations. The staff worked above and beyond our expectations, nothing was too much to ask for.
